Hi everyone this has been bugging me since last night. On Nany Grace they said They are going back to do a toxology report on the Coleman victims. Baden did the autopsy. I smell something fishy here. Is Baden associated with the Coleman defense lawyers?

Is there a time limit on when she can be charged. They are probably trying to run out the clock. Delay the murder case until the statute runs out.

Morning All~

question- does anyone know if the A's made any attempts to try to make money from Caylee during her short life legitimately?

It's been on my mind recently that they have been so industrious to try to bring in funds during the time that she was reported "missing" by them and it continues to the present day-

they all seemed to be hurting for money while she was alive, did any of them try to get Caylee into child modeling, print ads, local beauty contests, etc.?

Just the opposite, I'd think. There is no statute of limitations on murder, but there is on the fraud charges. They want to get her while they still can!

I asked this same question yesterday, and Lapis answered that the State has filed "within" the time limit, so this isn't a concern.

I do think that there are other reasons for the State to want these check/id fraud charges to be handled sooner rather than later. chuckles.... it will give Baez something to do. He clearly has made no progress on Casey's defense on the Murder Charge.

I recently checked the Clerk of Courts records to see just how many cases Baez has been handling this last year. Shockingly, very, very few... less than a dozen, and the last 2-3 were for pot/paraphanalia, breakin/burglery. .....kind of wonder who is paying HIS bills. LOL

I wondered about this also. Does a court appointed lawyer get a monthly or quarterly check or something? Or is it a lump sum payment for the case? I have no idea how this works.

They want to make sure if by some remote chance she doesnt get convicted on murder, she still wont see the light of day for YEARS.

That crossed my mind also. Did you notice there is no contact with georges family. We dont hear anything about georges family.

Reflecting back on this one. I recall that George said that someone would have to scale his wooden fence to gain access to the backyard. Why would George have talked to BB's son, if not to try to place the blame on him? Afterall, George doesn't seem to be on "friendly" terms with anyone in that neighborhood. Does anyone know just how old BB's sons are?

If Cindy hadn't flapped her gums in regards to Casey telling her that she'd used the shovel for a bamboo root, then the Anthonys/Baez could have argued that BB had a grudge and just made up the shovel borrowing. LOL Of course we also know just "WHO" stole the gas cans.

Cindy and George change facts like they change socks, but very early on, just days after the case coming to light, George gave an interview saying that his mother was at the house when Casey was arrested. I heard this one time and after that his mother was never again mentioned in the arrest storyline.

It was something like we (Geroge, Cindy, George's mother) were all sitting watching on television about the arrest and I was told they would call me, like a courtesy call if they were going to arrest her. We were all stunned.

something like that. I can't remember the exact words so I did not use quotes....

edited to add: this was back when Caylee was last seen on the 8th. then they got new socks.

It's been said that their move to FL happened after the foreclosure on their home in OH. I'd say that they moved because they just "ran" from their responsibilities/troubles.

Maybe this is one of the reasons George is no longer in LE. Intentially placing the blame on someone that he "knew" was innocent (to deflect blame from Casey). What a scumbag!

I dont think LE trusts him. Im sure since Dr. Baden is the Brittany Spears of the medical examiners world that it is possible they found out he is associated with the defense. They dont trust him he is no longer credible.

They were not going to do a Coroner's Inquest because Baden had done an independent autopsy. They have since changed their minds and their will be an inquest. At the inquest the tox reports will become part of the public record. jmo
