Good morning all!
Maybe it just seemed that way to me, but didn't G & C's lawyer pretty much sound like he was conceding that OC did the deed? He didn't actually say it, but he sure tap danced to beat the band.

des, just wanted to say how much I appreciate your recaps everyday. 
I don't post on this forum much anymore but I do read and continue to follow this case.
I got restless with the same 'ole and sick and tired of the Anthonys. I want the trial!!!!

Has Lee Anthony skipped town?
Hello Everyone! Several things that have me wondering such as #1where is brother Lee and has he made his escape by either leaving the state or country? Why was Sindy, Georgie boy and her new family(Dennis Milstead & wife) not criminally charged after chasing, impersonating LE(Milstead) attempting to imprision, threaten and bullying the group of women? I read somewhere that Sindy had been working as a nurse manager with an expired nursing license and what happened to her employment. No doubt her employer had several grounds for dismissal. And finally, why isn't there an investigation into the fradulent income source Georgie and Sindy have? Don't even get me started on the relationship with the Milsteads and Michelle Bart.

Do you suppose that this "Chris" is the same person that Cindy was trying to tell LE about, the person that returned the Dora One swimming life/vest thing to them in July? I've always been a bit confused on this, or who Cindy was talking about.

I was just going through what I can find of all the interviews with LE because i am trying to find Melissa England's interview.
Has anyone seen it? Maybe it has not been in a doc. dump yet...
After reading Troys and him stating that Melissa over heard conversations of Casey talking to Cindy, it has my curiosity peaked...

Lee - According to George & Cindy, Lee has returned to work. In Lee's depo, he said he moved into his parents house when his lease expired and to assist them with household expenses.
chasing, impersonating - IMO, because of Lois's past relationship with the A's (JBP when Lenny was searching) and it being a he said/she said, no charges were filed.
Cindy's employment...hmmm, sometime back someone posted Cindy's license. I don't remember them being expired.
George & Cindy's income source - as much publicity as this case has received regarding the $$$, I bet someone has giving the IRS a head's up.

Desmom thanks again for posting the recaps.
I think Cindy has kept her license up to date.
I have no idea where Lee could be...been wondering about that myself...don't think I have seen him since his depo with M&M...kind of strange. That's OK...rather not see him...he just laughs at everything anyway...

I think Lee is the only smart one in the bunch. He's keeping his mouth shut. C & G are frying their daughter with their tv appearances.
I'm giving Lee a little slack about the "laughing". I knew a girl who laughed at everything at the most inappropriate times. It was just a nervous habit.

Cindy's license is good until 4/30/11.
I notice her licensed name is CYNTHIA MARIE PLESEA ANTHONY.
She's got that hyphen thing going on. Is PLESEA in her name of record in the court case? She was so quick to jump on Morgan about the Fernandez part of ZFG not being on the Sawgrass card.

Hi des, ITA with you. She is thinking that she can fall back on her nursing career if the foundation flops (which it will imo). But she will have to move out of state or out of country imo to get her nursing career back. She will have to find a new career. jmo

I agree.
Cindy may be able to obtain work as a private nurse but I do not think any reputable medical facility would risk hiring her based on her erratic behavior. She's been caught in too many lies which IMO would put her trustworthiness into question too.

I was wondering about that last night while listening to her threatening call to Tim Miller.
She bragged about giving him some medicine for his back. I wonder if that was over the counter drugs or something more?
