Yeah, I'm a night owl.

I refused to listen to G & C on their pity party tour yesterday morning. They never have been able to keep their stories straight, so it's easy to see where their kids get it from. LMAO that LP called George on his tale telling on NG last night.

I guess so...hoot...hoot.

I was just listening to this link...and somewhere around 5 minutes and something....Cindy talks about going and speaking with the tow truck driver about smelling anything suspicious.....wouldn't that be tampering or something????

Maybe I am wrong. A small, tintzzyy part of me feels so sorry for Cin during this interview........but then I think of everything that has happened after this, and it passes quickly...She is so hopefull that her Granddaughter is still a live. I can not imagine being in that position. jmo.moo

Good morning everone. Thank you for the recap Des.

Here is Lenny's remarks from last night's Nancy Grace. The Caylee segment is at the very end:

CASAREZ: That is a very good question. And let`s go out to Leonard Padilla because you were in the family home. You had spoken with the family. You have known them. What are your thoughts to that question?

LEONARD PADILLA, BOUNTY HUNTER, WILL BE DEPOSED IN TOT MOM CIVIL SUIT: Well, there`s a lot of things that keep coming up in the media. This morning, George, in some of the programs, stated that he`d seen his granddaughter on the 16th, that he had breakfast, that he helped put her in the car and all that, and none of that is true.

And this is one of the things that concerns them because they don`t want the public to know that the last time they actually saw her was the night of the 15th when Cindy gotten a big growl (ph) with her.

Now we had a lot of discussions about these things when we were there in August. And George knows that we know the truth. Cindy knows that we know the truth. They are concerned about our statements that we made to law enforcement being released also because they`re contradictory to what they themselves have stated.

So any of these things that come up, they are opposed to being in the public eye because they are usually contradictory to what Cindy and George want the public to think.

Lenny had a woman inside the A house with Casey when she was out on bond. Rob Dick drove Casey to and from the her weekly check in with the jail and JB's office.

I would like to read their interviews with LE. I am sure they got an earful while with the A's.

Good morning to all

I have to watch the new interview(s)..but George (now) claims that he helped put Caylee in Casey's car the day he originally said he had been watching the Food Channel..the 16th?
Wow I think I'm lost...I have never heard him say that before.
I am not quite sure if I have ever heard Cindy say when the last time she actually physically 'saw' Caylee was...I know she had her to visit her parents on the Sunday..and she 'heard' them sleeping the next morning. Maybe she hadn't seen Caylee since Casey and she had 'words' while Casey was heading out the door with Caylee on Father's Day night?
Interesting that given time and a chance of reflection, some
stories' change...and others are just dropped all together.

Just my opinion of course...

I have a question about this. Wouldn't this all be hearsay and inadmissable? They have no direct knowledge of the events, only 'lee said this' 'george said that' etc. I'm kind of concerned that the fight on the 15th will not be proven. Just for my own understanding, this is what I think they can present:

1) Shirley Plesea stating that she told cindy about the stolen money, and that she wanted kc held accountable.

2) Neighbor hearing loud argument (are they certain of the date though?)

3) what else? cell pings? texts to TonE? anything?

I am not sure how that works. If what Lenny's employees heard is considered to be hearsay, then wouldn't all the statements from Casey's friends about what Casey said also hearsay? (i.e. Caylee is with the nanny)

Lee said that Cindy and Casey were in a fight Sunday night and that Cindy put her hands around Casey's throat...
Lee told Jesse, I believe.

We all have questions about the hearsay rules in Florida. But, couldn't george and cindy be asked about other accounts of the facts, if they completely refute their accounts?

For example:

cindy: I did not have a fight with casey on 6/15.

Prosecutor: Would it surprise you then, that your daughter told Lee that you tried to choke her?

Would something like the above be allowed, especially if they put lee on to testify that casey told him about the choking and fight?

BTW, thank God they have george on record at the Grand Jury, there is no way he can divert from that testimony, imo.

Right, but lee has no direct knowledge of this event. Only ca and kc, and they are not talking. I really don't think that JG saying that lee said that kc said that xyz happened is going to come in.

My impression of hearsay was that anything you witnessed yourself, or that someone told you directly could be used. Meaning, if Lee was present at the fight and told TonE, it could be used. BUT if it was just Cindy and Casey, and Casey later told Lee, who told TonE, then it was hearsay.

I think...I get confused easily and distracted by shiny things a lot.

Some of it, surely. The texts can't be refuted, but her statements to them can. Her actions that they witnessed, and testimony about her demeanor would be admissable, but 'kc told me' will probably not be (someone with better understanding of this: please correct me if I'm wrong).

ETA: They can however, say that kc never mentioned her daughter being missing. That is the big thing I think.

Yep, add the interviews of Rob Dick, Leonard and Tracy to the list of statements we have not seen.

Cindy: With Casey?

LE: Uha, no Caylee.

Cindy: Sometime on the 15th when we put her to bed. Now George had conversation with her in the morning, she was there in the morning, had breakfast and the normal stuff.

Good morning,

I was surprised too. A poster last night did remind us that there were over 22,000 people who joined the memorial via Face Book.

really attended. She posted about it last night. She said they sang "You Are My Sunshine".

imo

I found the Evidence Code for the State of Florida. http://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/...3EChapter%2090

The codes for hearsay begin with chapter 90.801.

From Lois Peters interview with LE. Cindy told Lois not to say anything about Casey emailing her because she was not suppose to be using the computer...Did LE give them their computers back at this time??? What computer was Casey using??? Was it Lee's??? Another home one???

Bottom line...Cindy try to employ Lois to lie for her.

when we went to the Anthony home on August 3rd for the vigil we had flyers already made up for the vigil in St. Cloud. We were invited into the Anthony's home, shown the backyard, Caylee's bedroom & the rest of the house.

At our candlelight vigil Dakota was very emotionally involved ....ing (??) by the Anthonys side the entire night. Meantime Dakota & I had tables set up to hand out flyers & shirts to help find Caylee.

On Aug 23rd I got an email from Casey Anthony anxious to meet Dakota & I as I assume her parents told her about Dakota's help. Since then I've received 3 emails. Cindy Anthony told me to be careful that Casey is not suppose to email anyone & to keep quiet.

Sunday Aug 24th Cindy gave Dakota an envelope, in it was a letter from Casey and a bracelet Casey made for Dakota. We were told by Cindy Anthony not to tell anyone that Casey gave her this & emails her as she's not suppose to email anyone.

On Wed, Aug 27, 2008 Dakota came home from school waiting to hear from Casey as Cindy told her to sit by the computer. Short after 3PM that day the TV was on and the news of the DNA results came back and broadcasted. Dakota was sitting at the computer her immediately turned around hitting the TV screaming "she's not dead" trying to turn off the TV. She ran out the door.

I wonder. Could this scenario be true? Maybe kc stormed out without Caylee, then returned? Maybe she didn't remove Caylee from the house until the 16th, then still fuming she killed her on the 16th before going to be with TonE?

2008-06-15 SUN George's Time Sheet George Anthony Worked 03:00pm to 11:00pm this day (Security Forces Time card)

So if George worked 3-11 on the 15th...KC must be part of the WE that put Caylee to bed on the night of the 15th???

I was shocked too when I heard George say he helped put Caylee in the car that day. The last I knew he saw both Casey & Caylee walking out the door, even describing the backpacks on their backs! Now he was putting Caylee in the car? He sure has selective memory, doesn't he?

Hmmm, interesting.

In the great sea of Anthony, this comment got swept out to sea. Maybe cause CINDY said it. And we concentrated on what George said. Which was he seen Caylee and Casey leaving, with backpacks in tow, leaving the house before 1pm.

IIRC, in another statement, Cindy had said SHE put Caylee and CASEY to sleep, lol. I think it was just her. Don't remember a mention of "WE". Though I could be wrong.

Who is we?
Cindy did mention breakfast???

But in court Tuesday, Cindy Anthony said she now remembers tucking Caylee in with her mother at bedtime on Father's Day, June 15.

I have done a few rereads of older transcripts. A few little things that did not seem important the lst time I read them seemed to stand out the 2nd time because of additional doc dumps.

Yup, That's it.

Also, anyone else think that George is looking a little like Padilla, with that vest on? LOL
