Good Morning Ellegna and all that follow!

One year ago today, Tone & Casey went to a barbeque hosted by a friend of Tone’s. This is the first time Casey met Tone’s friends. Casey drove because Tone's car was in the shop. They returned to Tone’s apt later in the day and were intimate for the first time. Casey did not spend the night. Beginning on page 7 http://www.wftv.com/download/2008/0923/17540075.pdf

Here's something to start the day. I just read on another site that one of Baez's secretaries quit because they were doing the nasty and she was disgusted with the whole thing. They're also saying that Casey is pregnant thus the weight gain and Jose is freaking in fear that she'll use it against him. Could this be the reason she's busting out of her blouse?

I doubt very much Casey is pregnant. She has been in jail since mid-October. She would be 7 months +. This is a pic when she was approximately 7 months at her uncle's wedding. http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=t89ait&s=5 jmo

Where there were once mounds of teddy bears and hundreds of flowers to mark the spot where the remains of Caylee Marie Anthony were found, there are now only remnants.

I'm wondering what's to stop the Ex-secretary from blabbing everything she knows about the case or selling her story to the tabloids. Do legal secretaries sign some kind of confidentiality agreement. Can she be subpoenaed to testify about what was going on all day while Casey was spending 6 hr. a day with Baez.

I wonder who sold that picture of a pregnant casey at the wedding. I sure hope it wasn't Rick Plesea, cuz that could effect his credibility at trial.

I agree, we need another document release, Lyon's DP motion and/or a hearing.....pout!

Hmmm, the Pros. and media did not receive JB's motion until the night before last week's hearing and I think Judge Strickland said they would meet this week. I just checked http://www.myorangeclerk.com/myclerk/ and do not see anything listed on the case calender .... yet.

I'm still rolling around in my head the Geraldo interview last night. Looks like he has a direct line to Baez. Is JB getting advice from GR?
GR says he spoke to JB before and after the jail house visit the day the remains were found. Is GR going to get an exclusive with JB when this is over? Is GR the money man behind the scenes?

Gotta get coffee.........

I wondered how long it would be after last week's motion hearing before JB made an appearance on GR's show.

I think GR is JB's money man and was the one that connected JB up with LKB, Reichs, and Dr. Lee.

or another scenario: Cindy had her on her plan because she said she was still a dependant...then found out she never enrolled (Annie's statement that Cindy was furious when she found out).....did she 'forget' to advise her company that she was no longer a dependant?

OR: no health coverage for Casey or caylee.

the week prior is when I believe everything blew up.......Casey was not home alot......in fact one nite she was at Ricardo's with Caylee..... and when Father's day arrived, both of them became explosive.

that has been my suspicion from the beginning. I think Geraldo is the *CT family*. He's paying for exclusives during the trial. Sealed the deal on his infamous boat ride with Bozo and wife. jmho.

Jammies yeah lot's of normal people would be PO'd and nuts about kc, and that is my guess when the chit hit the fan. Can you hear Cin screaming at kc, your own Gm does not want you in their home. Sin should have gotten custody of Caylee long ago...for that she is feeling unbelievable guilt. jmo

Just reading the emails between Rick & Cin say a lot. It must have hurt Cin deeply to know that her mother did not even want kc, her... daughter in her home. ....Ouch!!!! Did cin know at that time that kc was not employed? Had she ever tried to reach kc at her cough, office, cough.... at universal/colorvision ????

I wonder if it is him, if that would affect his contract with Fox. I just can't imagine that it wouldn't. I heard part of it last night and thought GR was way off base. He admits that Casey probably killed Caylee and her defense didn't address it!!!???? Then they say that Jose was prevented from seeing his client. That's the first I heard of that. If that was the case, then he would have beeen screaming that from the get go. And the prosecution leaking things, how about Florida's sunshine law? I didn't watch it all because I just couldn't.
