While this is probably very much on target, it is just so sad to think that a little girl's father planned this murder of her mother and brother, possibly drugged her, maybe even meant to end her young life and for what ? Just to enjoy the single life again, and not have to pay any alimony or child support and keep his assets intact ? Well, if that is what he did, the only positive thing to come of all of it is that Michelle's adorable daughter will be raised by her loving aunt and grandma and they will do their best to fill that void of Michelle's passing. God bless Cassidy Young and her Grandma Linda and Auntie Meredith.

We see it all too often, recently with a man (allegedly) wiping out his whole family, a beautiful wife and two children. Premeditated cold blooded murders. It's sickening, evil. And this a pastors son.

It really is sickening, can't understand why these people just don't get divorces. Or, instead of wiping out their spouses and kids, just take off, disappear, burn rubber...

I agree with you, Jason is a narcissist, but I think he was hoping that he would get away with this crime and while he may have thought he would have custody of Cassidy he also probably envisioned his mother and sisters taking actual care of her. Jason used Cassidy in a online dating pickup attempt, as a lure to women who would see her as needing a mom (whaaaa poor Jason, not!). He also kept her from seeing Michelle's mom and sister for almost two years, hoping she would forget what she saw ("daddy did it") that day Michelle died. But, then when he was faced with testifying in his own behalf (to clear his name) he decided to remain mute and gave her up willingly to Meredith and Linda (thankfully). So, I respectfully disagree with your opinion that Cassidy is Jason's ace, far from it at this point. Again, thankfully.
