Report: Drew Peterson arrested
Thursday, May 07, 2009 | 6:07 PM May 7, 2009 (WLS) -- Nick Savio, the brother of Kathleen Savio, Drew Peterson's third wife, has told ABC7 that Drew Peterson has been taken into custody.
Kathleen Savio was found dead in a dry bath tub in her Bolingbrook home in 2004.

I just saw this on Fox.....It's true.......He was surrounded by LE when he was alone in his car.....taken into custody about 535 pm........This is real and so very past time IMO....

Man, I just turned on my TV and this is allll over every news channel!
The morbid/nosy part of me is tempted to drive over there.
They've removed the children and are searching through the house right now.

"He seems like a very charismatic guy," Hof said. But if Peterson were to take the job, he would not be featured on the reality show, Hof said.

About the offer given to Drew to be head of security at the brothel in Nevada; they must have gone to him seeing as Phil Markoff was unavailable. Oh well, who are they going to ask now? Phil Spector? No. Then, hmmmmmmm........

I think WLS is a pretty reliable news source. It's one of the biggest TV stations in the country.
 to the LEOs who are willing to arrest one of their own.

The news helicopters are apparently at his house. On Fox they just showed his kids being taken out of the house and loaded into police cars. They were covering them with tarps. I bet he aint laughin now!

CHICAGO - Drew Peterson, a former Illinois police sergeant suspected in the disappearance of his fourth wife, on Thursday was indicted on a murder charge in the death of his third wife.
Peterson, 55, was taken into custody Thursday evening by state police who stopped his car. A warrant accuses him of murdering Kathleen Savio.
Savio's body was found in a bathtub on March 1, 2004. Her death was initially ruled an accidental drowning.

I don't think there's a chance of that. To be honest, I kinda suspect that this happened when it did for two reasons: 1) The grand jury expires at the end of the month and 2) He's been all over the news today and yesterday saying he is considering relocating to Nevada for work at the bunny ranch. I read earlier somewhere that he was going out there tomorrow to check it out....
God, it sounds like a bad Lifetime movie, but it's all true.
I'm sooo happy that poor Kathleen and the Savio family might finally get justice after so long.
