Me too! I followed this trial so very carefully, (the first time). Excuse me for sounding cruel (not that Spector cared about that) but I want to see his bail revoked, watch him handcuffed and walked off to jail, awaiting sentencing.

The man is a murderer and has victimized many women. Geez, I hope it's a guilty verdict. I was so disappointed, last time out. (Yikes, sorry if I sound a bit rabid, but Spector's lack of respect for women and basic rules of laws, makes me ill).

The Wikipedia article is already announcing that he was convicted of murder in the second degree.

Thanks! MSNBC didn't get their act together so you couldn't hear anything.

I watched that entire trial start to finish and I agree with the second degree murder conviction 100%. I do not think that he intentionally killed Lana, but it was far from an accident. He stuck a loaded gun in her mouth and was threatening her, like he had threatened so many other women before Lana.

Someone was always going to die at the hands of Phil Spector, it was just a matter of when. I am a little surprised it didn't happen sooner.

I wonder what Rachelle is thinking right now. I always thought she probably wanted him convicted, so she could be left with his riches.

Isn't there a civil lawsuit in regards to Lana's family that was pending the outcome/conclusion of this trial? I really, really, really hope that Lana's family sue that murdering, bullying, abusive, selfish, arrogant man and get his last penny.

This can't have been unexpected. His actions were almost a textbook example of second degree murder. Goodbye Mr. Spector.

Me too Aubrey. I am glad there will finally be justice for Lana and that Phil was unable to scurry out from his responsibility for this tragedy. He looks a little scared himself in the booking shot IMO.

REST IN PEACE LANA, your murderer has finally come face to face with Lady Justice and will pay for taking your life!

Weird... did he have more plastic surgery or something?

I'm happy he was finally found guilty.
