I just cannot believe this guy is out walking around! He knows he has HIV, has been convicted of criminal sodomy on an 11 year old boy, and then had a sexual relationship with a learning disabled teenager. How many kids will this man be allowed to possibly infect?? It looks like he has been a problem even in the prison system since the original charge in 2000 (for the 11 year old). Why is no one protecting our children against people like him????
