geez, I don't think so. the jury said none of the witnesses were credible so I can't imagine the judge feels differently.
the other part to this is beardsley still has a court appearance hanging over his head to produce the ring HE says orenthal gave him.
Beardsley will probably try to use an impact statement to plea his case for why he should get to keep the ring!!
