Gun charges againsg Drew P. dismissed-
It seems like Drew Peterson has all the luck. Pros. had not turned over documents that the judge had ordered them to do, so the judge dismissed the chargess. Looks like nothing sticks to Drew except the smell.

Well, I am sure disappointed. Reading between the lines, it seems like the Will County DA doesn't want Drew's defense team to see the documents that the Pros has. Ugh.

Great news. Thanks. A woman who works with my daughter-in-law was acquainted with Kathleen and Drew. She frequented the bar that the Peterson's owned. When Kathleen was found dead, this woman said many people that knew them thought that Drew did it.

Book Author Breaks News in Drew Peterson Trial
http://www.filmsandbooks.com/latest-...son-trial.html
Drew Peterson Exposed Author and journalist Derek Armstrong first broke the news . . . A source close to the Peterson case disclosed to this correspondent that the State is ready to indict Drew Peterson in the alleged homicide of Kathleen Savio. . . “I believe the (gun) charges will be dropped as a strategic move to protect a future homicide case.”. . . reporter’s confidential source indicated “charges will come, if not today, then soon.” . . . “The more compelling evidence,” the source said, “were the transcripts of the property settlement for the Drew Peterson, Kathleen Savio divorce.” . . .

LE will issue a warrant for arrest immediately.
He can let them come and get him, or he can turn himself in.

11/20 Charges will be filed in the death of Wife Number 3, Kathleen
I don't have a link, but on N G tonite, there was breaking news that
the GJ was ready to indict Drew, and that he could be arrested at any murder for the death of one of his wives.
I can't find anything on line though.

Unnamed sources said it was supposed to happen on Thursday and it didn't. I think it was the author of the Drew book with the wrong 'inside' information. I don't think this Grand Jury worked almost a year to let Drew go....

do you think it might be because the corruption is so widespread from the DA to the coroner to the police to the judges...???

This Grand Jury was supposed to be done in May..... I just hope it's taken this long because they have so much evidence!

This is my fault too,
On Nancy Grace, they had the Breaking News headline
that "Drew Peterson would be arrested at any time
for the murder of his 3rd wife."
So, I am sorry too!!

It will happen but not soon enough for me. I'm worried about the kids. I can't believe it's taking this long and those kids are in the hands of a killer.....

A key witness in the case against Drew Peterson in the alleged homicide of his third wife Kathleen Savio will meet with prosecutor James Glasgow next Thursday, a confidential source tells Derek Armstrong, author of Drew Peterson Exposed.
Mary Ponterelli was the first person on scene after Savio’s death was reported and James Glasgow will meet with her personally on Dec. 4.
“The meeting may indicate the State wants to know specific details of what she might have witnessed,” says Armstrong, who continues to investigate Drew Peterson even though his book, Drew Peterson Exposed, was published Oct. 1.
Armstrong also says Glasgow, citing sources, is scheduled to meet with the families of Kathleen Savio and Stacy Peterson, as early as tomorrow.
"Either Mr. Glasgow is reviewing potential details for a future indictment--an indictment my source indicated is likely in the Savio case--or is offering a progress report," says Armstrong. "The meeting with Mary Ponterelli is almost certainly to verify details of her account of the crime scene.”

That is exactly how I feel..
But, will we ever find out what happened to Stacy?
This book , btw, is it available yet.?
Is this the same guy who set Drew up on the telephone?
I don't know all the facts in this case, sorry!!
I have been following the Michelle Young case.
Thanxxx.

Boy, it must be hard to know someone did all this and not be able to take any action, at least not yet.
Same thing in the Michelle Young case, you just have to wait it out.
That case is 2 + years.

I think the "a confidential source" is the same person who said he would be arrested already.

I had written on my calendar that today was the trial date for the gun charges. Does anyone know if that date got changed or if today really is the trial date?

Really? Oh boy - guess I'm behind. I was hoping he'd get SOMETHING! I know his day is coming but I wish it would get here sooner than later.
