Her arraignment for check fraud was supposed to be tomorrow but has been rescheduled for October 14. It is unlikely that she will appear that day....her presence is not required.

Funny story: I told my husband about Cindy Anthony's statement that their family does not badger Casey about where Caylee is; instead, they just walk around speaking generally about how much they love and miss Caylee. I marveled at the ludicrousness of a hypothetical situation where one of our sons was missing when my husband got home from work but I didn't tell my husband where our son was and we went about our business for a month without telling anyone. My husband gave me an incredulous look and said, "If one of our children went missing, there would be NO OTHER TOPIC OF CONVERSATION!" Which pretty much sums up how most normal people feel about this whole mess.

She is the only one who can lead investigators to the truth about what happened to Caylee, who has been missing for 79 days, an agency spokesman said.
Until now, investigators did not call Casey Anthony a suspect, usually calling her a “person of interest.”

What is the point of no return in this case or is there one? Is there a point that Baez would say that going through with a trial would have a worse outcome than trying for a plea? I'm thinking on the fraud charges moreso that the neglect.

She can lead them to the truth, but I doubt they believe she will and it would be a terrible shame if Caylee's body isn't found.

I think Tim will come back in time - I think he wants Caylee to have a proper burial. And once Casey is charged and she KNOWS she is goin to prison-she may try to make a deal-telling them where Caylees body is in return.

You never know who is at the other end of the Nic or what their purpose for being on the board really is. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if there weren't professional board posters whose services are available to either side of a case. jmo

I to think the a;s need to be billed for all the cost that le is having to put out on this case. no one needs to be watching the a;s house. casey is not going anywhere she has no money. well unless people have given a lot of money to them. I have not heard how much money has been given to them. or how much is in the fund to find caylee. jmho

I just went on FB and Casey is apologizing to everyone on her friends list for being harassed as a result of supporting the effort to find Caylee.....Seriously??? This woman disgusts me to the core! She has some nerve when she is the ONE PERSON who is NOT supporting the efforts to find her own daughter. All she has done is LIE, LIE, LIE!!! It's all out there and yet she is surfing the computer putting pics up of Caylee on her FB, bashing NG, and apologizing to her FB friends? What about her daughter? CASEY - ARE YOU NOT SORRY YOU DID AWAY WITH YOUR DAUGHTER?? The audacity of this punk 22 year old worthless, poor excuse of a mother to even say!! Good Lord what is going on in this world. She makes me sooooo sick to my stomach. IMO had to vent I am sooooooooooo sickened by her little catch phrases on FB.
SHE NEEDS TO BE ARRESTED AND SPEND THE REST OF HER LIFE IN JAIL WHERE SHE BELONGS!
