Good morning.

I'm having the last of my summer canteloupe; will gladly share, but don't touch my coffee!

What time is court, please? I have to catch up on my Anthony investigation tapes before I listen to OJ.

thank you.

Not sure if you all are watching, but InSession is covering McClinton's testimony..He does look daper, he is not going on and on when he answers, and certainly not using the vocabulary we can hear on his tape..!!

Caldwell's testimony about tape of Criminalists at the room, I didnt find what they said offensive, or vindictive towards OJ. I didnt hear foul language, I didnt hear any covert plans to set up anybody, I didnt hear
any off color terms used and so on. I do find that Yale taking offense to any comments there disengenuous..OJ jokes are well known, and OJ relishes in the recognition by them!!

Good Morning Eveyrone

IMO the ONLY way OJ can even THINK about getting off with this crime is if he gets on the stand and says EVERYONES LYING......

I, like you would just love for OJ to get on that stand, but alas (LOL) I doubt he will, there are just too many issues to explain, and his answers would be less than credible to me anyway. His testimony in the Civil Case proved to sink him for that jury!! It all depends on his ego ..will he or wont he want to do yet another acting job??

I'd want to hear that as well. So far, I know there were guns, and "nobody is leaving this room", and I'm taking my "stuff".

OJ and CJ won't testify - too tricky for either of them on the stand.

Thanks. Sorry that I find OJ so distasteful and hard to swallow. It leaves a bad tasted in my mouth and makes me feel like I'm gonna !

It appears that Grasso is going to do the cross of McClinton. It appears that Yales stays away from witnesses who know his (Yales) activities behind the scenes and avoids confronting those witnesses. Am I wrong, as thats the impression I get..?Did Yale cross Stewart?, cant remember!

Oh, I really hope that Yale gets looked into following this trial..His hands are so dirty in OJ's dealings, I dont think a whole bottle of Purell will wipe the mud off him!!

YW.

Sorry couldn't help with the witness list. Guesses anyone?

What happened to the bail bondsman and his tape especially in light that the defense is calling Beardsley back that he was not "proded" into changing his testimony. Will that bailsbondsman now pop up with the tape that OJ was in fact trying to get a message to CJ. Basically to show OJ is not above trying to contact other witness's /defendants. He was returned to jail for that and had his bail doubled before he was again released.

Hello all -- has anyone mentioned how annoying OJ's dumb "who, me?" look is? We heard the tapes, OJ. We know you're not just some naive bumpkin who has NO idea why you're here. We know your standard adjective is "m***er f***ing". We know your "friends" are a bunch of low-lifes and thugs. Your little innocent "look" isn't working.

Good Morning All:

Again thanks for all the updates...have been in Canada & now back home in Florida, able to get on computer now.

Barry's Girl: Is that Barry's Irish Tea you are serving?

Boy I love this stuff about the guns "blasting" & OJ laughing at the same time. Sure...OJ didn't know about the guns...unbelieveable.

I like McClinton. I miss his powder-blue suit though. I find it so amusing that he tries to outwit the defense and has that little Cheshire cat grin. Unlike Walter Alexander, who was up there with his Bible....uh, please. OJ really attracted some high-class friends in his post-murder-trial life.

Edited 'cause I didn't really mean "likee".

Page numbers, please!

Grasso starts the tape''revision'' explanaition by saying- ''for example, look on page 4 where it says- wait a minute, it is actually on page 3''!

MY COMMENT--WHEN GRASSO SAYS PAGE 4, LOOK ON PAGE 3, AND IF HE SAYS PAGE 3, LOOK ON PAGE (TBD) ???

This line of questioning is simply trying to raise doubt about who said what, obviously. Does it matter- or are the words the real deal, not the speaker??

If I were a juror I would probably be detained as I would go off on who ever insisted on playing these tapes again!

I'm so embarrassed for Grasso. He's just scrambling. Or as he so eloquently put it - I wanna play the tapes to - like the state did.

Asking about SHREK!!! word WTH

why why why why......

Aww...go ahead. Will make the nasty recordings more palatable.

Appears they are continuing to focus on clouding the minds of jurors by "he said" ...doesn't really matter. Doesn't matter HOW many transcripts they have...with a word changed. Like "media vs.TV".

OJ asked for "heat" and got it. Armed robbery.

Hope the jury will not buy into this obtuse tactic.

Christy is not the blonde behind OJ - one of OJ's sisters is there. I haven't seen Arnelle at all.

I think McClinton is being WAY too defensive here .. It only makes it look like he has sonething to hide.. And makes him look as if he is TRYING to do whatever it takes to make OJ look guilty.
If everything is as he says all he has to do is tell the truth instead of being a Smart@$$

Grasso has annoyed me and I'm being a smarta$$ - I can assure you there is nothing I can add to make OJ look any more guilty then OJ asking if McClinton had his piece in the hallway.

Grasso is an annoying bore and currently a waste of time. I'd rather be raked over the coals then bored to death.

IMO McClinton has stopped listening all together or has reached the point of half listening to Grasso's repetitious boring questions that so far has something to do with the price of rice in china.
