Fri 26 Sept. discussion thread 1

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just now watching NG from last night. I noted with satisfaction that Lee Anthony in his LE interview quoted Casey as calling herself "a spiteful b-word" and that is support for my theory of weeks ago that she killed Caylee to spite her mother as well as to free herself.

Good morning, everyone!

Where is Caylee?
************************
After hearing Casey on the 911 tapes and the police interview tape, I, too, believe that she did it out of spite.

ITA. And FWIW, I can understand lee chuckling a little during his interview (nervous laughter) but the LAUGHING when he described george driving the smelly car home was VERY creepy. YUCK. This whole family makes me sick.

Morning all, having a hard time catching up since I had to buy a new computer Tuesday.
Im trying to find a comment from Clint House {tones roommate} that on June 15th casey {without caylee}came over to the house early evening. he remembers she was there because he just spent the day with his dad. So trying to figure a time line..I dont think casey "snuck" out in the middle of the night.

Good morning everyone,,,,poor shel....did this case wear your computer out? I'm afraid I'm next...I keep getting that blue screen serious error message...

iirc Clint made that statement to greta....i think it was ricardo that said he woke up in the morning and casey had taken Caylee somewhere in the middle of the night....presumably home...but I could be wrong...so many names..and nights...

CA's intervieew was 2 hours? If they release the entire interview, that's going to take a while to go through it and compare it to her bond hearing testimony.

Depending on what Cindy has to say, this may be the straw that breaks the camel's back in that household. The tension inside that house has to be unbearable.

I have errands this morning....hmmm, it seems when I have a hectic Friday, something new is released or something major happens.

Good morning everyone. :-) Nice to see you and today is the day that supposedly we get Cindy's two hour interview. Now that should be something.

I look for Tim back next week or this weekend from what he said in his interview. Let's hope that things move along quickly.

A question I'm having rumble around in my brain and it's not going anywhere other than in circles. Ricardo said in his interview that Casey stayed with him and she got up in the middle of the night and took Caylee to her parents (never happened) and came back and got into bed. Ricardo said it was after June 9 but before July 1 and that's all he could pin it down to. This to me is a really important fact. We know she didn't take her home to Cindy, so where did she take her in the middle of the night? I think somehow they need to nail that down time-wise if they haven't already. MOO

I totally missed his narrowing the dates to this. I thought he just said it was some time while they were dating.

I guess she could have, but I thought they were having troubles then also. Maybe that will be cleared up in Cindy's interview today.

She may have but I believe it was to an empty house.
I recall reading somewhere the A's were on vacation June 9th to 15th.
The closest I came to finding that info was on LKL.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_J4V...eature=related

Cindy told Larry when they got back they found a registered letter. Since it was the weekend, they had to wait till Monday (June 16th) to get it

Let's presume Casey was at Ricardo's between June 9 to 15.

"IF" Casey did leave Ricardo's during the night, Casey may have taken Caylee to her parent's home, put Caylee in her bed and drove back to Ricardo's leaving Caylee alone.

Here's what's bothering me now.
Let's suppose that's what Casey did.
What if Caylee got up during the night?
What if Caylee got into the medicine cabinet or got a hold of something under the sink?
What if Casey came back in the morning and found Caylee dead?
Cindy already stated that their home was child proofed but Caylee was so smart, she managed to remove child proof knobs n such.

How is Casey going to explain to her parents she left Caylee alone so she could go back and spend the night with a guy?
We heard Casey say she was petrified of Cindy so I'm guessing panic set in, she avoided them for 30 days and the stories to explain away a missing Caylee began to surface.

Good morning

On page 12 the detective asks RM if their was ever a time that Casey spent the night there w/o Caylee and RM states there was a time when they were dating that they both started off in his bed but that when he woke up it was just Casey, and she told him that Cindy called in the middle of the night to bring Caylee home. On page 13,the detective asks when this happened...April, before that? He cannot remember when exactly, but reiterates it was when they were dating. They dated from Feb 08 until mid April 08 (page 2)

http://flawebhosting.net/docs092308/rm092308.pdf

Ricardo states that the last time he saw Caylee was on the morning of the June 10th (page 14)
imo, moo

That is so strange....since aparrantly no one has come forward to say Casey brought Caylee to them in the middle of the night....
If and I say if she did not take the child to Cindy...what in the world did she do with her?
I hope they have a timeline between June9 and June 15 when we all know she was with Cindy at the nursing home.

Something important will happen today. I know this because I have to be gone most of the day having a PET scan. It never fails, when I'm away from tv and the computer, something happens.

It was kind of weird yesterday listening to Lee's tape. When I read the transcript, it just seemed dry and ..... boring, really. But hearing him speak? I think he was trying to convey to LE that he has a crazy family, and that this was just another mother-daughter conflict. jmo

Take car War, I appreciate all the poster's whose absence causes a release of info to us. You're taking one for the team:

Thanks Guitar for that information, now my entire day has to be rescheduled around that, plus I have catching up to do from yesterday.
I think I need an unpaid assistant.

Here is NG's transcripts:

I don't think this will be Cindy's first interview that's going to be released. The first one would be the most telling as to what she was thinking.

I believe I *heard* it was one that was taken two weeks after Caylee was reported missing. Like the others, being questioned about some things that had been discovered in the interim.

It could be the one where she tells them about washing the pants.

Whatever it is, it'll be interesting - that's for sure.

Ha! I forgot about the unpaid assistants chapter in this saga. I definately need more brain power to remember all the facts in this one.

George and Lee seem to "know better", but are not able to convince Cindy.
I can only imagine the level of tension in that house.

Seems like this slow and steady release of information is scripted by LE in an attempt to get her to crack.

Good Morning everyone

I have a question - Does chloroform destroy dna? I thought I heard this somewhere but do not remember where or if was on NG or Greta

Also after hearing Lee's tape on NG last night I have decided that I am going to listen to the tapes instead of reading the transcripts. For some reason I have a hard time reading with all of the uh huh's on paper. It makes more sense to me and I get a better feel for what is being said

I just can't imagine how Poor lil' Caylee felt in that house. Having your Grandmother call your Mom a loser on a daily basis and all that yelling and disfunction in that house.
I could be wrong but I am going to believe, because I want to, that if Cindy said all the bad mom stuff and Caylee was a mistake, she didn't say any of it in front of Caylee. I am going to believe that Caylee was loved and that she felt loved and that she was happy. I'm going to remember Jessie G's telling of how she much she loved her playhouse and the good times they had playing together. moo

I agree 100% with you, Ladyhawk.

Plus, consider the source of who's tellling Lee this stuff. It's funny how some people believe what Casey says when they want to use it against Cindy.... but otherwise discount everything she says.

I too believe caylee was loved by all in that family. I don;t think she was ever mistreated. I think caylee might have been crying and begging casey to take her home to granny;s house. where all her stuff was at. She loved her play house so much. I would think she wanted to be there and not out runing around with casey. from place to place and where she did not know those people. I don;t doubt the love the gp's had for caylee I do doubt that casey had any love for her. I am sure cindy was on casey behind a lot but I don;t think she let caylee hear this. jmho

Lee said in his taped interview that Casey said " 2 dead squirrels crawled up into her car and died"......

1...How does a dead squirrel crawl anywhere?

2...How does a dead squirrel die...AGAIN!!?

Just struck me funny!
