Hi, Cin!
No, I didn't see it as it was on Wesh and not on HNN or Fox News Channel. I suppose it could it up on YouTube by now.

Neighbors, HOA Continue To Fight Anthony Protesters
ORLANDO, Fla. -- It was another explosive night outside the Anthony family home late Tuesday night -- just hours after Casey Anthony, mother of missing toddler Caylee Anthony, got out of jail for the third time.
Protesters clashed with each other, and the Anthony family got involved in the chaos.
A judge denied on Tuesday neighbors' requests to keep protesters and supporters away from the house.
Neighbors are not giving up and handing out paperwork to protesters letting them know the situation may not be over.
An attorney for the Homeowner’s Association for the Anthonys' East Orange County neighborhood is filing another request to put an end to confrontations like the one that happened Tuesday night between George Anthony, Caylee’s grandfather.
The judge denied the request on the grounds that the protesters were not given enough notice. The injunction would have forced the protesters to move to a vacant lot down the street.
"Where is that judge? That’s a joke," one neighbor said.
"All we're asking for is some relief for the innocent people that are in our neighborhood that have nothing to do with any of it," HOA President Bill Fulton said.
A judge is expected to rule on Monday about the new injunction that was filed.

Awww, that's too bad!
BTW, here's a video of the A's neighbors speaking their minds. I hope everyone can get this to play:

And, an article titled "County official to join fight against protestors."

I hope they are too. It's way out of hand. I respect their right to protest but they don't seem to respect anyone else's right. And I do believe the Anthony's are equally as guilty of that. Just wondering though, what good will it do to move them further down the block?

All it says is " Having off-duty police patrol the area is not a free service.Fernandez plans to gain funding by having the legal department explore options, as well as work with the neighborhood Home Owner’s Association. "
Sounds like it's a possibilty they'd want the HOA to pitch in some $.

That would be so wrong. Bill the Anthony's. They seem to be able to afford bodyguards for themselves.

The way I understand it, there's a vacant lot there they want the protesters confined to. From what they said, they're worried about emergency vehicles being able to get to their homes and their kids and grandkids going outside. If the protesters weren't all over the sidewalk and street right in front of homes, it should help those situations.

I haven't heard of anything between George and the protesters last night. What did you hear that prompted you to ask about it?

Maybe BH Padilla could use his $$$ and provide another place to stay for the Anthony's the NEXT time Casey gets to walk out of jail??? After all, it seems like Casey continually gets special treatment that others in a similar predicament don't have...

I don't think the rights of the protestors would be "taken." The protestors would just be moved.
The whole problem is as you say, some see this as a "win" for Casey. It's really not. She had a constitutional right to be bonded out....and she has every right to live in that house while bonded out if she (and parents) so choose. That has nothing to do with the protestors. If they don't like her having those rights they need to go fight city hall about it.

I saw it in some article, I think, but it wasn't described. Gotta run to work, or I'd look for it. Something I read this morning.....

Personally, I think most of those protestors are looking for an invite to jerry springer....I agree they have a right to be there, but their behavior is just so obnoxious for the most part...the thing I hate the most is that casey is more than likely loving every single second of it...she probably loves seeing her parents out there making total a$$es of themselves...

For the sake of the neighbors especially, I wish protesters would do their thing quietly and without violence. I'm all for them being there with signs and even in costume, just not hollering. I think one of the best good examples of how to protest was the woman with her dog and sign.
I'm not for the Anthonys approaching protesters and being aggressive or violent.
Happy Constitution Day! btw

Good morning,
Like everybody else I want this little girl found and the mother arrested for good. However, I am getting angry at all the attention this family is getting and they seem to enjoy it. Maybe, just maybe if everybody would back of and let them stew in their own misery things would change. There are so many other families out there that would appreciate attention like that to find their missing family member. I am just so sick of these people. IMO

I do too. I don't approve of disrupting the neighborhood and it seems like C&G love to make it worse so I really hope a judge puts at the least a time frame on it so the neighbors get some relief. And the Anthony's lose their frustration outlet.

Morning everyone. Please, just how much are these protestors bothering the neighbors. Isn't everyone behind closed doors with their AC on? How much noise can be heard?
I would think the media and all their vehicles and equipment would be the genuine hazard to emergency vehicles getting through.
IMO, the HOA should be more concerned with a possible babykiller in their neighborhood and parents that cover for her. That's the true danger.

 Excellent post Regina
As a homeowner I would be upset with protesters that fight and scream, but would not have a problem with peaceful protesters at all. I believe peaceful protesters would get their point across even more than the ones that are loud.
I also agree that if the protesters are forced to move, it appears to me that the rights of Casey are more important, that is frightening. The HOA should be upset that the Anthonys bring Casey back to the neighborhood, maybe the HOA should fight to have her moved.

If they had keep casey in jail then all the protesters would not be there. c and g and even lee loves coming out and getting into a fuss with those people. If I were the anthony I would stay in my house and if i wanted to go out side I would go to the back yard. none of them or out looking for caylee so stay in your house. or put casey back in jail. I am just sick of this whole mess. Casey could tell the truth and stop this mess. Who is the cause of all this mess going on? one person and one person only CASEY. Everyone wants CAYLEE found and we or all just so mad and sad at the same time. I wish people would not give Casey the time of the day but everyone has a right to react like they want to. I think they want to break casey but they will never cause that heartless girl to break. you have to have a heart before it can be broken.jmho.good morning every one and have a nice day.

How is she getting special treatment? It is her constitutional right as well as others in a "similar predicment" to be bonded out.

The protesters serve as the "conscience of the community". The protesters keep the pressure on the entire Anthony family (with the bonus being the Anthonys behaving badly.) LOL The right to assemble is an inalienable right. Please stop the tedious hand wringing and the self indulgent protester comments or make a separate protester thread.

I agree with you about other families with missing family members.....
As to the attention that THIS family is getting....well, it's people like us who are giving them the attention. The general public, the message board junkies, the bloggers, the protestors. And, the media of course. So just what does it take to get the attention off of them? Won't happen, due to "human nature." We LOVE a story like this....it horrifies us, it gives us something to be enraged about, it tugs at our collective hearts. I fully suspect that this family and this case will be a hot topic for a very, very long time to come.

I guess little Caylee doesn't have any rights! How sad!
Wouldn't it be nice if Casey would give Caylee a constitutional right to be found!
