I just wanted to answer one thing about the hair evidence. I believe that hair can only be determined to be microscopically similar to that of a person but DNA cannot be extracted from hair without tissue attached to it. That's in accordance with numerous Forensic Files episodes I have seen. The air samples show decomposition in the trunk but I do not believe they can extract DNA from the air either. Not sure about that but I don't think so. There was a stain that glowed under blacklight but they never did say what the stain was. Could have been the chloroform that was found?? NG said that as soon as charges are filed, the defense can file a motion for a speedy trial. Therefore, they are not likely going to file charges until they are ready to go to court.

Sue the police? Are you for real? What exactly would you have done differently? Do you also think that Caylee is the "crime" in that area? I believe most of the people on here want Caylee found more than the Anthony's.

Earlier in this thread I posted that our six o'clock news (WFTV channel 9, Orlando) stated that two more men were now helping JB and his team of bodyguards. They were both seen in the garage getting out of the red truck.


Now watching the tape on NG of Casey being released from jail today, I see one of these men. He is behind one of the bodyguards, wearing a suit, dark sunglasses, he gets into the passenger side of the truck. The second guy drove the truck, we don't see him. Wonder where the Anthonys and JB are getting the money to pay these two new guys, plus the useless bodyguards.



I beat Casey must think she has gone to heaven, being alone in a truck with three men protecting her from the big, bad media and LE. It doesn't get any better than that for Casey! Wonder if Baez held her hand all the way home?

oh sure, the first time she talks to caylee after a month and she DOESNT say...hi honey, mommy loves you and misses you. I pick up my granddaughter from school every day and i aways say that.....i have noticed lately that i kiss her and tell her she is my little gift.

I don't understand why anyone thinks the LE is trying to bring false charges against Casey.
She and only she did not report her daughter missing for 31 days.
so here LE is trying to find her daughter by asking questions to try and find a lead to where Caylee might be.
Considering she had to have been the last person to see her child it
should be obvious that she should have some answers.
But what do they get but lie after lie after lie.
who else do you think should be being questioned at this point in time of the investigation.
She and only she stole from her grandfather, her parents , her friends
Why do some not think she is quilty of any of this?
What kind of mom goes partying when her daughter has been "kidnapped"

i've been thinking...

IF cindy knew casey wasn't working she was probably providing spending money for her.

but...i've been thinking that it's possible casey was committing crimes for a while now. we know she ripped her friends and family off. if it came that easy for her to do it to her own family, why not other people?

she could've been breaking into cars, homes, etc.
not to mention stealing checks/routing numbers, etc.

I busted the Cam last week.

A huge feeder band from Ike completely covered Orange County. Yet, it wasn't raining on the cam.

IMO, the cam is there all the time, but they don't always turn it on. They sometimes play old feeds.

thats probably why she didnt maintain friendships for longer than several months...they caught on to her stealing and lying so they stopped hanging around with her. and I bet after she slept with men she stole money from their wallets.

Amy just passed a lie detector test. Who took Caylee to Puerto Rico? The FBI is in Puerto Rico (being a U.S. territory) one would think they looked into this possibility, as well as any possible airline security footage, interviewing persons on the flight, checking flight manifests and so on.

You need to convince me that the ever so selfish and narcissitic Casey would spend one day in prison when all she had to do was tell LE that her daughter was currently in the custody of her paternal grandparents. As the mother Casey had every right in the world to do this...nothing illegal about it whatsoever. Explain to me why Casey would go to jail for this?

What we're missing is all the details of the money Casey stole from Cindy. Was it current? Just the month she was MIA? Or was it an extended period of time. Also, was it really 'stolen' money? The car wasn't really 'stolen' but Cindy used it as a manipulation tool to get Casey to show her Caylee.

Amy says that she never seen Casey with cash. Always plastic. In Casey's interview with LE, she talks about taking advantage of her Mom. How, she'd use her Moms money/cards to buy things, even when she had her own money.

I wouldn't put it past Casey to break into cars and such. Steal things from her friends. Raid their coin jars.

I say the500+ Zenaida Gonzales' need to wait until Casey gets convicted and then sue the Anthony's for defamation of character and making false claims (not a lawyer and not sure law would allow it). Let these people get the $$ that the Anthony's seem to think they are going to live the good life on....
