Is there a proper link for the organization that's taking donations for Casey Marie's defense? link, link, link, please.

here.

i posted the link. in the meanwhile, i also wanted to point out that the anthony's have claimed that they can't go get caylee from the kidnappers, even though casey told them everything she could, because that would tip the kidnappers off and put caylee in danger. um, isn't that cat out of the bag? in fact, it's shredded the drapes, ate the fern, and peed on the china cabinet. yet, cindy went on tv night after night to tell everyone to look for caylee. these are not the actions of people believing their grandchild to be kidnapped. these are people desparately trying to create confusion in casey's role in caylee's death. jmo

LOL! Maybe you need to move from

"outside the normal scope of things"

and theorize about why "professional legals of all types"

might be pertinent to the overall facts? of this case.

i was hoping by now that someone had helped her with the body and would go to LE and take a deal in exchange for the location, but alas, that doesn't seem to be happening. dang casey and all of her employed friends

maybe when you get down to brass tax it isn't.

I just cannot imagine a group of people able to set aside emotion when a baby has seemingly dropped off the face of the earth.

I see Dragon got a new name.

I am watching Cindy testify at the bond hearing because I can't sleep. She is full of it. She rambles and changes the subject.. just like Casey. I wonder where Casey learned that.

and that is why we are judged by a jury of our peers, not a jury of professional legals. whether defense attorney's like it or not, it is human to view the "facts" from our own perspectives. hence, 12 people, not one person. if it was only about the "facts" we could just imput the data in a computer program and have a verdict.

but what do i know, i'm only a partial professional psychology.

Good point because I can't see certain defense lawyers, like Jami Floyd, voting "guilty" for anyone unless they were videotaped in the act.. Even then Jami would get around voting "guilty" by claiming the tape was edited or reproduced somehow.

On the other hand, some DA's, like Nifong, would convict on any amount of evidence.

Thank goodness ~ we are judged by our peers, if we choose.

Will I sound important too if I say I'm a member of a group that are legal professionals raising money for a potential baby killer? I want to be important too dang it.

I'M trying...so very hard I'm trying....
Why must some make it so irresistable? I did have a question, but the laughing has made me forgetful.
Anyway, I'm here and I promise to be good for ten whole minutes!
Night to all the sleepy ones! I'm doing a "catch up" and reply to anything pertinent and then off to bed for myself as well.

It is hard to tell. I doubt Cindy would know the truth if it hit her in the face. She is seriously lying it up during this bond hearing. I am still listening... lies, lies and lies... She should be a politician.

Haha, not exactly. In fact it's more because she hasn't been charged with Homicide. Don't you find that a bit strange considering the vast amount of testing that has allegedly been done? They don't need a body. If they were confident in their test results, that it is Caylee's hair and it is decomposed, that in itself is plenty to go forward with charges. But they aren't.
they aren't going forward because they suspect a co-conspirator. Casey had help. She is incapable of handling the disposal of the child's body on her own, imvho.
