Good morning! You might want to put this link on the late night, early morning thread as well.

Good morning.

I couldn't sleep and so I was listening to the interviews. What kind of mother wouldn't break down when a detective mentions finding your child buried somewhere or in a dumpster? Casey is one very sick young woman imo.

I agree. I wish there was SOME way they could revoke her bond and make her stay there although short of murder charges, I don't think they can.

I just finished reading the other thread and I wonder if Casey (or her mother) didn't look up Hopkins in the phone book and pick the wrong one. I wonder what her purpose was in calling. Did Cindy make her call to call her bluff on that particular lie? it is a possiblity

I know, why didn't LE ask her that question in the taped interviews, it is so strange. Why would she need to drop her off that time of the day with a time between 11 and 1? It makes no sense without an answer to why she was watching her.

I've heard that in Florida, a first-degree murder charge can only be decided on by a Grand Jury. Does anyone know if that's true?

Isn't that a bondable charge in FL and mean she could get right back out?

I wish the GP would tell her she was no longer welcome in their home and leave her in solitary. Being home has not been any help so what could it hurt?

I would have liked them to ask how she paid the nanny and how much she made an hour, too. Did the nanny have a car seat? Was the nanny cpr trained? So many questions.

They already knew she was lying about the nanny. The knew she was lying about the entire story. How would specific questions about the nanny have helped in any way? I think they did an excellent job, given the type of person they were dealing with. I'm sure they themselves are looking back and thinking of other questions that could have been asked. But bottom line is, what good would it have done? Doesn't seem like asking if the nanny was cpr trained, for instance, would move Casey to confess.

I think they did a good job, but I really think they should have asked why she was taking her to the nanny once she admited she didn't have a job. I would have like to hear a series of nanny questions, because the defense will try to say LE never even considered the fact that there might be a nanny. Plus, I am just nosey and would want to hear those answers, lol.

Very good point Savanah. They knew the nanny was a lie and they knew that Casey was able to ad lib without hesitation.

I also think that they did an excellent job.

Good morning all,
Here is the link to the story about the altercation. Now explain to me why Cindy was out around midnight ing again when protesters were there? She is totally losing her control to go to bed and stay inside.

ITA. They should have kept going with it. She seemed a little tripped up when he asked why she thought Caylee didn't seem upset after not speaking with her for 5 weeks and instead they talked about the book she was reading, which is also telling that Casey reverted back to the book we've all seen the little girl reading at the table. Last memory Casey has of her, maybe?

They should have grilled her about not working and finance issues regarding the "nanny." Did Cindy pay for the Nanny? I mean, this could be explained away with the stolen money, but she chose to steal a credit card and some checks. Easily traceable, except for the cash she obtained from her own Grandmother's account. (How were you paying the Nanny? Cash, check, etc. If it's cash they can check the ATM for withdrawls, if it's by check they can go through her bank statements. She'll have an answer for all of it, I'm sure...

Very bizarre. JMO

I agree with you. There is nothing to be gained by going outside at midnight to in signs...other than trouble. If they were loud or trespassing then call the cops. We know the Anthony's know how to do that. BUT....she just can't stay away IMO.

Good morning. I think the bodyguards are a joke. They seem to be there so that Cindy can cause fights with muscle backup. imo

sometimes I think she plays the "don't talk to me" "hey why aren't you talking to me" act.

I'm not a fan of the protesters, mainly because I find them to be unfair to the people trying to live around the Anthony's house, but she goes out of her way to start trouble. Maybe she was mad that no one heckled her when she was weeding. It's one thing to be an unwilling target, it's another to put on a bullseye t-shirt and go out swinging. She's a willing target and in my eyes that's as bad as the protesters actions.

Yo yo yo Homies wutzup? I can't talk or type like that without cracking up laughing.

Morning everyone. Any breaking news on the case since I went to bed lastnight/this morning?

Hope one of the legal peeps reads my question from latnight and can explain the answer to me.

steffaroob. I understand what you mean but i think the police detectives would have gotten more lies about why she dropped off Caylee with a nanny since she admitted to lying abotu the job. She was still telling her story like she had a job even after that was made clear. It didn't matter what they asked her. she was going to stick to the story she had already conjured up in her head and nothing was going to change that. IMO

I agree, they were probably frustrated by that point, but it's best to keep her talking. Let her dig her own hole. FWIW, JMO.

Screaming and cursing? Sounds like those protesters purposely wanted to get Cindy irate. But, why do they continue to take their little kids there? And, so late at night! So they can curse in front of them?

Imo, they bring their kids because they are intending a peaceful protest. It's the Anthonys who make it a dangerous situation. jmo
