Good morning all.Thought I would start a morning thread.I see alot of activity at the Anthony place last night.Maybe today Caylee will get some justice.

Morning all,

Listening to the second tape when they were sitting in that office at Universal Studios was shocking to say the least.

Yes, we've read the documents but listening to her make up those lies with my own ears left me even more disgusted with her.

Taking them all the way to Universal, past security, walking the hallways to say she didn't have an office. My God. Then she goes on to say she left her cellphone in her office? What office? She didn't have an office.

Prayers for Caylee and all those who are still desperately trying to get justice for you.

i'm still in awe over listening to casey on the tapes. i watched and listened to the news off and on all nite. it boggles one's mind how she could tell so many lies.

let's hope caylee will come home and justice will be served.

I am confused and I am not sure if this has been answered or if I have the correct dates.

Listening to the tapes, does Casey tells LE that she dropped Caylee off on June 9 and had not seen her since that time. Didn't Caylee go to the nursing home to see her great grandfather on June 15.

Has it ever been explained why Casey told authorities that the last time she saw Caylee was June 9?

I am sorry if this has been answered previously or if I have the incorrect dates.

I don't think there was any kind of explanation for that since LE has not been able to question her any more since Baez got in the picture.
It is just another one of the Anthony's lies.
The family said the same thing until they were confronted with the video of the Father's Day visit.
I guess they can always say sorry forgot the actual date of Father's Day.
They all lie so much.

A man drove up to deliver documents to the family. The state attorney's office said the documents are likely court papers coming from a process server.

They have already received subpeonas in the neglect case some time ago.

Could this possibly (reiterating possibly) be a grand jury subpeona?

I do hope that there will be justice for Caylee, she seems to have been forgotten in all of this. It now seems to be about making the Anthony family look like victims.

Yes, thats exactly what the Anthony's want. Even paid Mr. High Priced Attorney for his 'media blitz' to show how they're all victims. Looks like it failed, IMO. You can't claim everyone including Casey is a victim when she won't tell where her Daughter is and theres decomp smell following her around.

The Anthony's wish to go back to a 'normal day' and want everyone to leave them alone.

I also realized that she will never tell the truth about Caylee. Breaks my heart.

I made several attempts to listen to the tapes released yesterday and gave up out of frustration.

Her lies flowed as smoothly as water out of a faucet which leads me to believe, she practiced this story. Last week on NG (I think), a guest said Casey told him about a script she was supposed to follow. I do believe there is a script...a script Casey wrote and probably re-wrote several times until she thought it was believable. I wonder if LE found the script on her computer.

I would love for it to be Grand Jury subpeonas, but more then likely it's subpoena for the fraud charges.

Last night? I think one of the protesters touched George's tape and one of the neighbors called the cops. The bodyguards, I think, slept thru it.

The cam's frozen this morning on the scene with the BG's still sitting in the plastic chairs.

I doubt it on the identity theft. Of course I believe that's just starting her own paper trail in case something shows up on her credit card (or something already has), but that's just me.

Supposedly someone (an independent searcher perhaps) saw what they believed to be a shallow grave. Called police. WESH reported it. Dogs and police searched, it was just a hole dug out by some kids. (How they know that, I have no idea).

Somebody on another board also reported that at the same time, George and the bodyguards jumped in the car and took off (I'm assuming they were watching the cam, but who knows).

That's just what I read.

Hmmmm, I'm gonna pick Door #1 and say grand jury. For a possible indictment on any murder charge against Casey.

There has been no trial date set for the fraud charges. Baez could plead those out any time (and if he had any sense he would).

I told my husband last night that I had listened to the tapes. I said 'man that girl can lie'. He asked me what she said. Then he quickly said never mind.

I think even people that do not follow the case, but know a little about it think she is a liar, and responsible for whatever happened to Caylee.

I hope Caylee is found soon, and justice can be served.

I'm kinda wishing NG would just move on to something else- at least for a part of her show. We've been listening to her say "tonight: where is caylee" and "Bombshell" all summer long.
I LOVE Nancy Grace, but even she's gotta be tired of this . Bombshell: this just in: George Anthony sneezed and Cindy said gesuntheit.Could little Caylee be in Germany? I'm sorry to be snarky this morning, but I've grown tired of nothing happening!
I know, I know, the tapes were big news-
I guess I'm just sick to realize that at this point Caylee won't be found, and Casy will continue to be arrested on a bunch of dip s##t check charges. I'm starting to wonder if LE just plans to pile up the fraud/theft charges because they think that's the best they can do. I hope not. I have always believed that LE had a lot more than we know. I still believe that- but man... their tactics are starting to worry me. I hate being in this negative mood, because I usually wake up thinking "today's the day they'll find Caylee"
