I bet she's set up in an empty office surfing away. I'd love for another client to come out and say they worked on another client's case while Casey is there.

I would too, but I don't think that would make a difference. She's allowed to meet with her lawyer. I don't think anything was stated that they had to be working on the case the whole time.

And I think he will get it, whatever the outcome of this case is. Look at Mark Geragos and his mediocre-at-best track record. And as far as I'm concerned, I think he deserves thanks for doing such a lousy job in Scott Peterson, who deserves to never see the light of day again. But because Geragos is always in front of the camera, he keeps getting hired. Call it the celebrity  factor.

yes indeed, losing that case (thank GOD) he sure doesn't have a lack of business and appears on LKL all the time. JMO

ETA: therefore, people might soak even a Swisher Swet in Chloroform to get a "high".
