I'm not attempting to "dog" her...I just wonder why only one bag. I don't think I would go grab their trash for fear that LE had been monitoring it. But if I did I'd get the whole lot and Cindy be darned!...I think I'd stand a chance at outrunning George!
LOL. I'm nosey enough to have wondered about the trash myself. People involved in crimes are very arrogant and often do stupid things to incriminate themselves. I had wondered if LE found a note in the trash about the gun...like 'Dad, do you still have that gun hidden?'...and that tipped them off the other night.
Now the chance of finding anything is ruined. I haven't wanted to discuss things like LE monitoring the trash ehre as I'm sure they read a couple of blogs...why tip them off?
I didn't get why Casey (?) would write a note to "Dad" to ask if LE was going to be there for the security? (per the picture of the note from the trash)... why the big secret? why not say that out loud? That seemed weird to me.

I agree they (LE) will still have no problem getting it. My issue is that now the Anthony's are aware that someone might want to do so...it has been brought to their attention. Do you think they are as likely now as they were before to allow notes to go out readable for example?
I think they will be on alert about what they put out with the trash now...likely shredding or even burning notes or thouroughly wetting them.

Does anyone here ever wonder if the reason Casey spends so much time at Baez's office is that he likes having her around? It has been reported that Casey can be very charming when she needs to be, and Lord knows she's had a string of boyfriends.

There are so many legal arguments, so as not to write a thesis ... a judge wouldn't allow it into evidence. Just a few:

1. A note from Cindy to George, or vica versa ... spousal privilege.

2. A note from Casey regarding the incident ... if written to document events for her lawyer ... privileged.

Then we get into evidence collection, chain of custody, etc. And probably would even get into illegal search and seizure ... even though the note was found in the trash, it was not in plain view.

I could go on, but that's a start.

Channel 9 is outside. They've been here for some time. I went through the trash bag and found several interesting thuings. Too bad I didn't take ALL of the trash. I was hoping for something of Caylee's to send to Tim.

Oh boy do they read blogs!! They even print stuff out! Found a baseball cap that's ripped up. Maybe that's why Casey had to buy a new one. People are sending lots of money. The envelopes are there with the return addresses cut off. All states are sending money to them. Found a pizza with fuzz on it!!!!! Maybe they were experimenting. (still smelled like pizza though!)

I did manage to find what looks like a child's wrist band or hair schrunchie. Will see if Tim wants it. Also, broken beer bottle, cigarette stubs, and a LOT of riggatonis. Oh wait, also a note left from George that said "Sweetheart," I left at so and so time for work. Will have to get it and scan it. Channel 9 is outside writing his story and it should be on 6 and 9, at noon.

Channel 9 is still here. He's doing it again at 12:30. I told him about the cigarette butts, but he sid they could have come from a protester. Broken beer bottle in trash might have come from protesters too. More soon.

I really wish I had gotten the other bags. I don't know if their trash has been picked up yet. There were boxes and about 3 other bags. I have to wait until channel 9 leaves, because he wants to wash his hands.

I look like a goof today, because I was only going to the doctor's. I guess I should have gone over there when I had makup on and nice clothes! I look like a bag lady! LOL

No, they've been putting their trash out all along. Channel 2 just called me to find out what was in the bag. I told her that I couldn't understand why no one had been monitoring the trash. Channel 2 also said that Tim has things with Caylee's scent on it. I had been under the impression that Tim needed that and the Anthonys weren't cooperating.

The bag I picked up was heavy! Now they could have easily taken that poor child's body and thrown it in the trash. I just can't understand why no one has done this before.

I have to wait for the papers to dry out. They're not wet, but not completely dry. Then I can read them and scan them.

They did have their recycles stuff out there as well. A page or 2 back, I think there's a troll or one of the Anthonys. Don't want to say too much.

The cards that were thrown out were post cards, that haters sent. The other stuff was envelopes containing donations and cards, I would think. NO GREETING CARDS were in the trash. By that I mean, they didn't throw out any "good luck" cards or whatever. Maybe they were in the other bags.

Yes, today is trash day. The Anthonys and we have the same trash days. LE seems not to be interested in their trash.

Most of the print outs in the trash were from websleuths.com. Have never gone there, but there are a lot of pages printed from there.

I do not live a few blocks away. I live a few miles away. The reporters came to my house. Channels 6 and 9.

I didn't want to take the risk of getting all of the bags, because as I told the reporters, I was afraid of Cindy and her .

I guess if an incriminating note was found, a handwriting analysis could probably determine the author and it would then be admissible in Court. Also, anyone going through trash in the hopes of finding evidence, should wear TWO gloves so as not to contaminate anything further, imo.

That made me kind of suspicious also. But then again, I'm usually called paranoid That's usually right before I'm proven right, lol.

Something about that didn't make sense to me. At all.

I just thought the timing was odd. And the fact that that was the ONE bag that had a note from Casey expressing the need for security, just threw me. I dunno. Seemed almost scripted, but what do I know? IMO

The big loopy writing looks the same as the writing from her statement to police.
