Monday Sept 8th - Morning Thread

Morning all,

Looks like the Mobile cam is zoomed to the driveway and garage perhaps to get a better view of Casey leaving the home later to see the case manager at the jail.

http://media.myfoxorlando.com/live/mobilecam.html

Reminder: Board will be experiencing some down time throughout the day.

George could face charges

George could face charges for his out burst yesterday according to the local news this AM.. It was on WFTV but I haven't found a video yet. It clearly shows Geo with the in his hand shoving a guy and then an older lady.
Inhis hands that is just as dangerous as a gun and I really hope that the LE is seriously looking into this and that the folks involved follow thru with the charges. He is out of control!!

Morning bella,

You didn't miss much. Not sure if you were up when Tim announced they're temporarily calling off the search but he'll be back when the conditions are better. Also, two protestors were pushed around by George and they're thinking of filing a lawsuit against him.

Too bad you can't take the day off. You deserve it.

What was he doing with a h a m m e r ? Was he using it or did he specifically go get it to threaten the protestors?

I didn't come over to this thread. Can you please tell me what happened TIA I have to get ready to leave in about 15 minutes and won't be able to get back on the threads until mid morning and that's even if they'll be open by then.

I knew that he was thinking along those lines the night before but he wasn't sure when he would make the decision. I found out while I was posting on the update search thread last night. No I can't take the day off..boss thinks I was CRAZY for going. But I do have Thurs & Fri off so I hope these next 3 days fly by.

Good morning

Welcome home Bella. What you and the other 4 posters did was truly commendable.

Yes, GA had an outburst with 2 protesters. I understand his frustration BUT taking it out on an elderly woman is inexcusable.

Thanks but I'm walking out the door now. Hopefully by the time I get in to work the board won't be closed down and I can read it then. Have a great morning folks.

Wow. Thanks for posting the link. If the protestors are on their property, why don't they just call the police and let them handle it? I don't understand why they continuously have to be out there h a m m e r i n g down those signs.

Ditto that welcome home.
As for George- good thing he doesnt have a gun!
I wish those protesters would stop before someone gets hurt. Let LE,the courts, and justice system take care of the Anthony's.They could Find a message board (I know a good one- but ya' hafta be polite ) write to the editor , blog, or even Pray for Caylee- but they're putting themselves & others in danger, upsetting neighbors, etc etc. It's just not helpful IMO
And those folks that bring their kids... well, don't even get me started

Do we know for sure he doesn't have one? I know the gun was taken away but was it returned after the judge ruled that it didn't violate Casey's bond conditions?

And was that the ONLY gun George owns? Did he get another one after that one was taken? Heck no one knows. I see George as a very confrontational person..Cindy too....somebodies gonna get hurt. IMO

I don't think anybody knew he had that one, until somebody tipped off LE. So he could very well have another one. In any event, George and Cindy are both looking for fights with anybody.

Anybody but Casey.

Why don't they take that Hammer and go inside for a while......?

(I still don't think it was any of the Anthonys that told LE about the gun. If that was the case, why didn't they tell them when she was out the first time?)

Exactly.
I wonder if someone tipped LE off about the gun because they were worried about GA's volatile temper.

Good morning friends and welcome back all our searchers. I am so proud of all of you.

george has no business putting his hands on anyone, as a former cop you would think he understands this simple concept. If he needs to express his anger and frustration, I suggest he stroll into his daughter's room and take it up with her.

Praying today for a rapid reduction of all the standing water in the areas that Tim wants to search. If casey anthony alone disposed of her daughter's remains, she didn't do a thorough job imo, and the searchers may just find something.

I don't think it was returned. IIRC, the judge's reasoning for not revoking the bail was that Casey (supposedly) didn't know about the gun. Well, she would know by now wouldn't she? IIRC, LE was holding the gun for "safekeeping". Link around somewhere, but that's just what I recall.

I think there has been a lot of anger in that house for a lot longer than we have known about this family. Everybody in that house seems to have anger issues.

I really think GA may have forgotton that he had it in the wheel well..which is an odd place for a gun anyway isn't it? Who else would have known about it? I guess a friend or neighbor or someone could have known that he use to carry one there. I agree, take the inside.

I can't believe how much the cops are letting the protesters get away with! Sure, it's "legal" but...... I can't get upset with George for what he's done. It's not rational, but in his position who would be rational? I wouldn't want a mob camped out in front of my house day after day with "baby killer" signs. A person can only take so much. I don't care WHAT that family did (depending on anyone's opinion just what that is), no one deserves this. Especially since it's really not a constructive use of the protestors' time/energy and serves no good purpose. In my opinion.

Oh, we haven't seen or heard anything from her (until last night) since her visit to NG when Cindy called in. Many weeks ago.

Most of us just wondered what ever happened to her. I know I did.
