I hope this report is an error and they're confusing it with payment of the $3,000 bond.

"drinking himself to death" or "having a nervous breakdown" do not equal beating up a man and volunteers for doing what they have done for so many people.
Cindy is not hospitalized neither is George but all they seem to do is whine, whine whine.. I would rather have one man broken hearted, drinking or whatever happened back then. He just could not handle it but he did not lash out at people trying to help..

Anthonys were drinking I would have more compassionate for them than I do right now

Dragon Cindy has some control over this. She continually attacks and engages reporters and people outside her house. I'm sure they won't take the high road and put Casey in a safe house if she gets out this time. I truly believe Cindy could not live without the spotlight right now. She goes out of her way to bring more attention to herself and denegrade those who are reaching out to her. She will keep fueling the fire IMO.

IMO, she isnt going to talk so if she kills herself...sorry to sound so cold, it doesnt matter.

she had her bed, her showers, her snacks and a computer. she had field trips to her attorney's office that lasted all day.

and then back home to hole up in her room, most likely, to avoid her parents' faces.

with or without remains, she isnt going to talk. she will plead not guilty with remains and not guilty without remains.

If this is what the Anthony's want, then they have no right to moan about media outside at all hours. Casey was out once and now they know what they're getting themselves into.

Whoever posted bond because he says, Casey's Constitutional rights have been violated, needs to take another look at the Constitution.

She committed crimes, she's been arrested for them. That's the way it goes.

The bounty hunter who helped secure the release from jail of missing toddler Casey Anthony's mother several weeks ago said he’s willing to get her bond reinstated.

Reached by phone in California Wednesday, Leonard Padilla said that he has made that offer to Casey Anthony's family and her attorney, and asked that it be relayed to her in jail.

The condition for the release according to Padilla is that Casey has to tell investigators where the body of her little girl is. If Casey complies and cooperates with investigators, Padilla said he would get the bond reposted so Casey could remain free while she awaits trial.

Does she have to agree to it in order to get out?

I wonder if this second bond out dealie is some how to help LE... Maybe they feel that she might be close to leading them to something... I dunno, just a thought... imo

Can someone, anyone please explain to me why when we have a missing, probably deceased little angel, is this family being treated with kid gloves. Casey's not being forced to talk, Cindy is blasting Tim. Lee is AWOL, and Lord knows what the heck is up with George. I am sick of it.

I think before Casey can be arrested and charged with murder, they have to have a strong case against her. At the moment, I don't believe they have that. Remember Casey had a thirty day head start on LE.

If Casey gets tried for murder and it isn't a strong enough case, she can never be retried. It is better to wait than file charges too early, unfortunately.

Poor Caylee, will there ever be justice for her.

I know Tim Miller and all the searchers, along with LE, have a tough road again of them. The Anthonys and their attorneys will attack LE every chance they get, but LE and Tim Miller have no motive (even though Cindy wants us to think otherwise) than to find little Caylee.

Be prepared to see the new attorney on television telling America what wonderful people the Anthonys are and how LE and Tim Miller are the bad people in all of this.

I don't know if I can stand following this case much more. It is breaking my heart. I am sitting here crying since hearing that Casey is going to get out of jail. I hope people keep supporting Tim and LE, they are going to need all the help they can get. They want to find justice for Caylee!

I hate to annoy anyone with it, but there are many who do participate. I try to post once at the beginning of a new thread - if I am around when a thread is started.

It is positive energy to me and helps me stay focussed on Caylee. It is so easy for me to get caught up in the negativity. This case is so sad and frustrating. I get angry from time to time. The candles make me stop, breathe, and say a prayer for a precious lost Caylee.
