Thursday Sept 4th. - Morning Thread

Morning all,

Give me one good reason why the Bounty Hunter wants to bail her out again. Please. Cuz I'm just not getting it. I really don't. It didn't work the first time. Why in the world would he think it'll work now. She denied the limited immunity deal, her attorney doesn't want her talking to anyone!!

This is new to me. I don't know what to make of it. She had groceries? She went grocery shopping? Also, wouldn't Tony smell decomp on her if we assume the car smelled like a dead body was in it? Gosh this case will drive me insane.

Quote:
LANCE: Well, I spoke to Anthony Lazzaro today, Nancy, and he told me a little bit about the Amscot where Casey abandoned that car. He was actually the person who picked Casey up after she abandoned the car.

He said that she had called him late that morning, said that her car had run out of gas, that this is nothing that was unusual, her car had run out of gas before. He went to go pick her up. She was already standing outside of the vehicle with groceries in her arms.

He said, is there anything I need to look at? And she said, oh no, don`t worry about it, my dad was going to take care of it. He brought her back to the apartment and he said that she stayed there for the rest of the afternoon.

Now he went on vacation a few days after this and he even spoke to her again and asked her, did your dad, you know, take care of the car? And she said, yes, my dad took care of the car, he took it to a dealership, they`re working on it, they`re going to find -- I`m going to get a new car, they`re going to trade it in.

And he -- the interesting thing that he said is that she gave specific information, specific information in terms of where the car was taken, even the names of people who worked on the car.

But as we know, that car was never taken to any type of dealership to get worked on because it was at that Amscot, and it was towed away.

Re: Thursday Sept 4th. - Morning Thread

Mornin' n/t-

don't really have an opinion right now about what the BH is saying/doing but I got the impression from the 9/3 talk that isn't what he plans to do.

As far as the decomp- maybe not- keep in mind clothes were left in the car/backseat (or trunk) so she may have changed into fresher smelling clothes or the car just got stinkier all the days it sat in the lot and then the tow yard.

I wasn't able to be on yesterday afternoon or evening- did Cindy or any on the Anthony team make comments about the chloro. and the computer search history of that?

(sooo happy that OSCO stepped up with help and $$ for Tim and that he's staying!)

(cheers to TES and All Volunteers!)

Morning Postie,

I hope you're right about the BH not bailing her out. Just the idea that he was thinking it made me want to pull my hair out.

I haven't heard any comments from the Anthonys regarding the chloro. They apparently went to see a high profile defense attorney yesterday from what I read on the boards.

Good morning n/t and Postie. Last night I was so glad to hear Tim Miller narrow down the area in which he expects to find little Caylee to three miles. Still a large area to search, but hearing him say he will stay and search every square inch made my night. God bless him and all the volunteers.

I wonder what nugget LE will release today as the slow drip, drip, drip of incrimanating evidence is dropped on casey anthony.

I bet those compters are a wealth of information for LE.

I believe it was an error on her part. She thought the other thread was over 1000 posts but she was looking at the wrong thread or something like that.

I pray they find her.

We know the defense will dispute the computer access. They'll try to pin this on someone else. They'll probably say someone else was looking up the chloro info. Zenaida?

Any chance the fired cop could have a part in this chloroform bit?
He was fired for not telling the truth, which I've wondered about.
I can't help but think there is more to that....

lol. He's been reading message boards. He throws any theory that's discussed on message boards out there and brings it to the media. It proves to me that he's just as clueless as we are when it comes to real evidence.

From my understanding Padilla said they may bail her out again IF and only IF she led them to Caylee and she was found whether it was dead or alive. If dead, they would most likely be filing murder charges and she would still not be able to be bailed out. Is that what anyone else got from it last nite?

I feel very strongly that they will be able to charge her with the murder. I really do. They have not disclosed all of the evidence they have. I believe they are just taking their time since she has all these charges already on her.

Tim also felt strongly that Caylees body is within a 3 mile radius. I really feel they will find all they need. Just hope my gut feeling is right. ---JMO

Hi SS!!!
Mornin' Scampi! And Mornin' SS and Cutie and Tootie and all that will follow.

I won't have a lot of time to be on but I too was so happy and so relieved to hear Tim say he'll stay on, that LE had called him and I think that will help bring back people that will be willing to search.

****So if any of our guests reading that have an ATV, an airboat or a horse - they can sure use your help in the search.****

I think Tim is likely spot on with the radius- he's been doing this enough years as well as what LE thinks (and I've read as well that criminals tend to stay within their comfort zone).

I hope and pray that this week will finally be the week for Caylee to be recovered.

imo

However, on a CNNH interview (separate from the NG interview)- this is with oh shoot, forget his name, he's a nice looking guy that is a TH there-

they showed the segment again this morning - Padilla says that he speaks to Lee every day.

So- it could very well be that Lee is truly trying to work with many out there (and hopefully OSCO) to find his niece to at least have closure there.

imo

(I don't recall Lee ever getting ugly acting towards the reporters/media)

Oh Lord. Can't believe he made that statement.

I did send Padilla an email yestrday asking some questions about his dumpster comment on NG the night before. I didn't really expect an answer but I was still wound up about the Tuesday night NG show. Thought I'd give it a try. He has not responded.

Did you read the article? He's alleging Lee is Caylee's daddy. That's what I meant regarding Leonard Padilla reading message boards. That's where the theory came from.

Padilla even said on NG last nite that he speaks to Lee daily, that Lee calls him daily wanting his sister bailed out of jail. IIRC

Missed all last night. I'm guessing nothing earthshattering happened?

Pray today that Tim finds Caylee and puts an end to this nightmare.

I am under the impression that it was the home laptop that contained the chloroform searches, so that is going to narrow down the access question quite a bit.

I can see Cynthia's brain going into overdrive coming up with an innocent excuse for doing a search for chloroform right now.

Watching Nancy Grace and seeing all those defense attorneys offering up their ridiculous reasons for chloroform being in the trunk was just a taste of what this trial will look like. It's going to make spector and scott peterson look like exercises in common sense. IMO.

Good Morning!

The first time Padilla bailed her out, he was expecting her to talk.

This time, he will not bail her out until after she talks.

Someone should tell Cindy that the evidence is evident. When will she start accepting reality. I don't think consulting with defense attorneys will do her any good. She should be getting some serious psychological help. God knows she needs it. Who wouldn't after their grandbaby was murdered by the hands of her own mother.

Amy's check that was written to Winn Dixie occurred AFTER Casey abandoned the car. That check wasn't written until after 7/9 and Casey abandoned the car on 6/27.

Someone did mention yesterday that there was a Winn Dixie next to Amscot (I believe she did most of her check cashing/grocery shopping in that area )

Also, the NG producer says that Tony picked her up late that morning, but the Amscot people say the car was left a 7 a.m. Also, worth mentioning, LP said yesterday that Casey at first called Jesse G to pick her up and he either couldn't or wouldn't. Wonder who else she called before finally calling Tony?

Miller also said he is furious with Cindy Anthony.

"I'm pissed off," Miller said. "I feel as though we have been used in this and we are not getting any cooperation. We have done everything Cindy Anthony has asked us to do."

Miller said Cindy Anthony wants him to believe Caylee is still alive.

"(Cindy) wants me to find her granddaughter alive," Miller said. "Guess what, I don't believe she is alive."

There will be no bail with that condition because IF she would tell him where Caylee is if she knows she would be rearrested for murder. Just more lip service from Lenny IMO.

As far as Tony why is he lying? He said "Late that morning"??........ when the car was there at 7:30 AM? If the car was that stinky from decomp Casey, her clother fresh or not, they would still have to have been in the stinky car, her hair even the groceries would have had an odor.

The chloroform-in-the-trunk doesn't rattle me in and of itself. There could be other explanations for it, however improbable. When you couple that, though, with the computer searches - well that's a little too much. There's no reason for someone to have chloraform in its pure form that I can think of.

Cindy will say it's the result of a wet diaper and bleach or cleaning stuff. Or maybe something to do with her nursing activities.

Yes Padilla said he would bail Casey out but only if she told where Caylee is and they did find her.
He said he would bond her out while she awaits trial.
I was under the impression she had to lead them to finding Caylee first before he would do this.

If that worked and she told them where Caylee is and they find her I am all for it.
But only if she is under surveilence while she is out.
That is what I heard....now it is another story if he would hold true and make her tell first before he posted bond.

IMO.

I usually watch NG in it's entirety but I couldn't yesterday. Every time one of those lawyers piped up I left the room.
What's up with Koblinsky? (sp?) Is he auditioning for Casey's forensic expert if she's charged with murder and goes to trial?

Someone did mention yesterday that there was a Winn Dixie next to Amscot (I believe she did most of her check cashing/grocery shopping in that area )

Also, the NG producer says that Tony picked her up late that morning, but the Amscot people say the car was left a 7 a.m. Also, worth mentioning, LP said yesterday that Casey at first called Jesse G to pick her up and he either couldn't or wouldn't. Wonder who else she called before finally calling Tony? [/*]
I also did notice those strange little discrepancies (your last paragraph).

Hopefully, Lee is also talking to Baez and casey, stressing to them that if casey tells them where she put Caylee's body, then the state may go easier on her, by not filing first degree murder charges. I think that window of opportunity still exists as long as that little girl's body isn't found.

Doubtful casey will make such a deal, not with Cynthia and George backing up her outrageous lies.

He admitted night before last that he had been contacted by Baez.

And then you've got Kobilinsky throwing around that it's a byproduct of DNA extraction.

I want to throw things at him. [/*]
I have a crossbow, suction cup dart gun I use on the TV during football games. Wanna borrow it for Koblinsky?

He sure is changing his tune and I am so glad that NG called him on it last night! Made him stutter a little bit.

Cindy will say result it's the result of a wet diaper and bleach or cleaning stuff. Or maybe something to do with her nursing activities. [/*]
Don't they usually use it in movies to put people to sleep?
Maybe she needed poor Caylee to be quiet while she was partying?Just a thought............................IMo
