It's not looking good for JLY!

But, the recent news certainly puts a "breath of fresh air" on what you've referred to as a cold case, eh?

The s/w's are 6 months old. No breath of fresh air and obviously there isn't more then the police are saying since they can't come up with enough for an arrest.

If the s/w's were 3 months old and posted on Walmart's bulletin board--you'd still have reason to complain! JMO

Did you read that Jason is going to be the new Bachelor..?
"Jilted on Bachelor, Jason will get a 2nd chance to find love."

Oops, not this Jason? sorry!!

Back to the case.........Search warrants from 6 months ago ?
I am sure Mr. Smith has reasonable explanations..

I would like to see a pic of the rock though, small rock, big rock, huge rock, boulder?

Apparently, JLY is fascinated with "props"?

*staging an overnight hotel stay
*staging a robbery

I wonder if he thinks he could pull off a staged kidnapping of Cassidy too?

It would help if we could track this rock down, maybe they have one on ebay or another list, somewhere we could compare it to.

Do you think L E is hinting this could be the murder weapon?

Oh I'm not complaining. I'm just pointing out that you are wrong and there is no breath of fresh air in 6 month old warrants that have resulted in NO arrests.

::::swoosh::::

Over your head?

I was referring to JLY's recent exchange of correspondence and photos with "breath of fresh air" from his Craigslist Ad.

Apparently, as recently as June 2008.

No, nothing went over my head. I just chose not to be tacky enough to quote something so trite especially since it was used incorrectly.

They are very good pics and shows he spends time with C and takes her everywhere, which I told everyone by the way.!!

You can just tell Jason is a devoted Dad!!
I knew it!!

Jason looks great and C is adorable.
I hope they enjoy many more vacations together.

Apparently, L E has no trouble letting Jason leave the state at all.
This is a good thing!!

Oh, thanks. I didn't know Puerto Rico was a state within the United States! Apparently, JLY's mother is his parole officer? I recall she also escorted him to NY while visiting with Mr. Fisher, quite some time ago. I also recall she escorted LE to JLY and his company's van during those Valentine search warrants.

After the murder, maybe Pat Young had a mutual agreement with LE not to unleash her son?

questions, questions! The Judge probably asked the very same thing when he concluded there was nothing in the search warrants that needed to be sealed. LOL.

I know it!!

We finally get new info on the case and it raises more q's than answers.

I am glad that L E finally confirmed that jewelry was missing , just like JTF told us months and months ago..

No one could ever answer my q's where Michelle's rings were, now we know why.

I dunno but hope LE is investigating. It's one thing to pull these stunts on an adult but to do this to the little girl is crossing the line, imvho.

Of course. I have a hunch that if Jason Young was captured leaving on a video, he was also captured returning.

To me, the videos captured what Jason was wearing and the time stamp, it confirmed Jason being at "certain places a certain times".

But, they certainly did not capture a killer.

I agree. If the "certain places at certain times" left time enough for Jason to get home and back he'd have been arrested long ago. There is something going on that LE won't reveal that is stopping them from making an arrest and I think that something is that he's seen on video at a time that won't allow them to place him in the home during the crucial time.

If that's the case then why haven't they switched gears and started looking for the real killer? Why for two years continue to pursue someone that has a solid alibli? The only way they'd do that is if they believe Jason hired a hitman and I don't believe that's the case.

I think it's only a matter of time before Jason is arrested for the murder of Michelle and LE will go with the CE they have if they can't get anything else on him.

And no Kat I don't know how many days, weeks or months that matter of time will be. LOL

Tunnel vision. Some people won't accept that a spouse isn't guilty.

Maybe the police won't accept that Jason was at the hotel?

So, have more search warrants been issued or is what they have enough now?

Part of the reason for my impatience is because posters have predicted and promised us dates of an arrest.

All of which have come and passed (except for the one at the end off the summer)

Would that be Labor day or the official last day of summer before fall begins?

Also, we were promised that swarms of reporters would be surrounding the Young home this week when the warrants were usealed.

That didn't happen either.

Oh, well.

Is it tunnel vision or perhaps just sheer laziness? These guys waited over a year to even look for shirt, shoes, jewelry. They couldn't even manage to return the search warrants in a timely fashion, which makes the DA look as inept as Nifong.

There is a sealed warrant out there and it's highly doubtful it pertains to Jason Young. A Judge would not seal some warrants but not others that pertain to the same suspect. It's all or nothing.

Still no link, Kat?

Where's Gerald? Why isn't he on vacation with Mrs., et al? Has he jumped ship?

Cassidy looks absolutely miserable in that "cave" picture. Now the picture with the helmet covering her features is probably the only one I'd put online if that were my child, but that's just me, and all the above is merely my most unhumble opinion.

I don't know but maybe they thought everything they had would be enough and anything else would fall into place, and then when the lab results came back, it became not so clear.

Then they made a few mistakes along the way, called in some new investigators, went back to the home, issued more warrants.

Then the warrants get unsealed, the public gets to see what they were looking for, and now people , not just me, are all asking the same question.

Why no arrest?

Cause if you do not have it now, what is going to change to make you have it later?

A lot of people put their kid's photos online. Some use them for their avatars at some sites. The child's photo was displayed at the Ladybug event and online. Who did that?
