If he got arrested TEN times - can you imagine how many times he drove drunk and did NOT get arrested? He's lucky he didn't kill anyone or himself. Google up Michael Gagnon in Ohio & see what happened when he drove drunk. He took out 5 people, including 4 children. He's now serving 43 years in jail with NO chance of parole..and he's 24 yrs old. He will likely die in prison.
After TEN dui's ~ it sounds like this man is an alcoholic but there won't be any booze in prison.

If he wanted to drink himself into a stupor and refrain from driving that is one thing but to drink like a fish and drive, NO!
He is lucky he did not kill someone driving with an alcohol content that high.
So not only is he a drunk but he is stupid as well.

This guy was a disaster waiting to happen.
The Judge, most certainly, saved innocent lives from being seriously harmed--maybe even killed.

The laws have to change, they have to get tougher. 1 DUI lose your license, 2 sit in jail for some time. Maybe even 1 DUI sit in jail, if they lose their license they'll drive anyway. So, let them sit for awhile. I know Wisconsin has a serious problem drinking and driving.

Hey Forensicgal, You want to see some of the biggest abusers of drinking and driving? Visit Long Island - the Southern State Parkway. Every few feet there is a memorial for someone killed.
I don't know why it is but the area between Queens and Amityville has an unusually high number of alcohol related accidents. And you read how the same people get arrested numerous times before they are involved in theses deadly accidents. I met many middle aged business people who were fighting DUI tickets and arrests. It was like is was a common for someone to get arrested for DUI on Long Island.

I agree with this post. They need to spend some time in the jail and perhaps view accident pictures of DUI deceased victims. Scare them sober.
