I have to agree, obviously if C.P.S already was investigating she at least knew there was a problem. Thankfully the two other children in the home ( 3 And 18mos) were taken away from her.

CPS needs better funding - and this case is the posterchild for that plea.
I agree, cps is just another failing government agency, and this individual case worker is being used as a scape goat. I cant speak to this particular cps worker's work ethic, but i think it is so apparent that even the most dedicated worker couldn't handle the case loads that are put on these people. And the kids who are being abused continue to pay the price
