Let the road to justice start by Mexico releasing him without any unreasonable delay.

And inbetween, he & his wife are going to keep their attorneys very busy. I truly believe he is going to point the finger at her as being just as, if not more, responsible for Maria's death.

The article on MSNBC says that if he fights extradition it could be a year or two before he can be brought back the face trial.

Evidently he didn't plan as well as I thought...I was sure he had contacts that would protect him and it would take the Mexican Army to get him...

Of course , you realize this means prosecutors have already told the Mexican government they won't seek the death penalty, so the most he can get is life in prison without any parole.Still it's very good news.... [/*]
From your link:

"We had intel that he had gone back to America to visit his family in Las Vegas and I was hoping they would arrest him in America," Hudson said. "But they didn't. This is a case that certainly is deserving to be tried as a capital case."

He was here? Wow!

but wait. Will he go to a Military Tribunal or will it be state? He is AWOL so this is an issue. I do not want to see a Miliatary Trial for this creep. NC says NO DEALS for CL, and for his wife, he will not answer regarding charges...etc.

CT [/*]
I don't think the military can charge him - it happen off post....I'm pretty sure thats how it works.

This is excellent news! I hope the Mexican government will send him home asap to face trial, and that anyone and everyone who helped him to hide will be prosecuted.

Fair trials (and long sentences) for all of them.

Wonderful! May justice be served.

Interesting how the one thing he says to the press is "proof." I guess he doesn't realize that the autopsy results are out.

Asked if he wanted to say anything, Laurean simply said "Proof," but wouldn't explain.

Laurean appeared slightly disoriented. Asked what he would do next, he replied, "do I have a choice? ... I don't know."

If it can be proven that Chrisina has been communicating with Cesar, does this automatically mean she'll be charged with conspiracy?

thank you for the link, I was at work and missed the news.

So Ceasar was broke and eating food he found in fields??? And he was able to contact his devoted wife???

There is so much more to this story, I hope some facts get out and in the news, and I still want to see some photos of Christine.

She needs to be charged as an ascc and maybe now she will be.

I will be elated then. Because I KNOW she knew exactly what happened. She may have even caused her death we do not know. Keeping her free allowed him to be caught. Now all bets will be off.

I agree, but in the article I read DA Hudson stated the her communicating with Ceasar is not illegal

We may be forced to wait till Ceasar is back in Onslow County and telling his story to find out what she knew or did, but I agree with you, she helped paint over blood, she helped burn the body and she helped get rid of a Christmas tree weeks before Christmas, she had to know. omo

If she's a cooperating witness then why does she needs to use her sister's computer when she can access her own PC to send him email?
