I sometimes go back to earlier articles on the net about Nicholas disappearance just to see if there is anything we've missed.
I came across this one from Feb 22 - Fox News interview with Mr. Lieberman from AMW and Christine.

They're still going through that car that they've found at the condo complex to see if there's just any forensics that look like anything. There's nothing. The main thing they're doing now though and they have a lot of detectives on this, is going through tips from the public. They do believe there were two positive sightings of Nicholas on that Wednesday night. One was at a gas station, another at a convenience store. These are all things police are following up and on, looking for any surveillance tape so that they can confirm that he was OK, so, they can make a time line.

I couldn't help but notice the word "positive sighting" and the that they would look at surveillance tape to confirm he was ok?
My questions are: Were these tapes ever checked to confirm it was Nicholas? Did the police ever come out and say NO it wasn't him?
I found it quite interesting that we discussed gas stations and that's one of the sightings and another sighting was a convenience store??? If it was Nicholas, could he have decided to get the sugar there instead.
I hope we get confirmation from LE on the sightings, the cellphone and car fingerprints.
