Foul Play Suspected In Disappearance Of Central Texas Woman

(July 16, 2007)—Bell County authorities suspect foul play in the disappearance of a 47-year-old Belton woman who hasn’t been seen in more than two weeks.

Carmen Garth, also known as Carmen Weller, was last seen on July 1 at her home in the 6700 block of Lanita Drive.

Her car and personal effects were left at the residence, the Bell County Sheriff’s Office said, but investigators think she did have her cell phone with her when she disappeared.

There’s no evidence that it’s been used since July 1.

Anyone with information about the woman’s whereabouts is asked to call the Bell County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division at (254) 933-5435.

I happened to have grown up with the husband in this case.he is a shady caracter at best. I talked to him and seen Carmon about 1 week before she disappeared. At that time he expressed what a B**ch she was and that he hated her. with that being said I think he is directly involved with her missing as well as his brother.

I have known this guy since we were kids and he has done nothing constructive at all with his life. I know he raped two girls if I'm not mistaken. He was never a child molester that information posted is wrong. He is a registered sex offender not a child molester. I hope the eveidence builds against this guy and he gets what he deserves.
