My question is in this new motion that the defense wants the murder charges dismissed again because of no facts being present in the GJI is it the defenses way to tell the judge that they did not like his decision that they could not have a copy of the testimony of George?

oooo, good catch ... you might have something there ... in any case, they sure are trying to back peddle ... no forward movement which by now HAS to be frustrating the state and the judge ... more hearing for bogus motions and still no justice for Caylee in sight !! I'm hoping the state gets more aggressive at fighting these ... we'll see
