Yes that is true..........but he was named in the Oct 31 edition.........
.........and they were all and still are members of Myspace and Facebook.........
While their Facebook profiles cannot be reached by non-friends Joanne's Myspace profile can be reached and there you will see her pictures including her son etc:

They also issued a 30 day stay so it may be that long before any more news is forthcoming...........

Wow. That is so sad. I would never want to be on a jury with a defendant this young.. The worst part is that Joanne had a young daughter who is now mother-less..
Who knows what is to blame when things like this happen? There are a lot of adult killers who had good childhoods, but still grew up cold and evil. I would suspect it is the same with children -- sometimes there are just bad apples.. sometimes there is mental illness involved.. sometimes drugs come into play. I really don't subscribe to the "nuture" theory in the the "nature VS nuture" debate.

Are you sure this is the facebook of the mother? Somehow I don't think it is. The marital status is listed "In a relationship" and I believe news reported the mother as being married. Also there are several very sexually provocative pictures on there viewable to the public in lingerie. It doesn't seem to me like this would be the page of the mom but I could be wrong.

In post #19, Becker says they were married when the boy was in maybe 6th grade, so that would be possibly 2 years? So, I agree. Even if the mom had the "in a relationship" if she opened the account several years ago, you would think she would have updated it by now. Another tho't, tho. How much of everyone's facebook and mySpace are the real truth? Some people I know do put in some false information. Of course, those who know him/her well know it is false, but strangers just browsing thru wouldn't have a clue.

Yes, that is her page. If you look you will see that she created it this year in June. Also, none of her listed friends are her relatives like they are on Facebook. You might say that her Myspace page served one purpose while her Facebook page served another.
Another thing I should mention........Shayla, her daughter, has been in the custody of her father in Arkansas for about 7 years and was not immediately or directly affected by this which actually is a good thing. I cant say if she now knows or not.

I must have missed everything. I not only don't see the "zero interest" but where did he post that this is his "former family"?
