I've had pumpkin pancakes and they're excellent! I normally just like plain old pancakes w/butter & maple syrup, but around the holidays I do like to try *special* recipes.
For all of you that like French Toast....try dipping the bread in eggnog instead of milk! It's especially good with the French Toast casserole, where the bread soaks overnight in the frig.
oh yum i love egg nog!!! they have the small plastic bottles at the store and every time i go to 7-11 to get some half & half for the office, i'm tempted to get it. but i know i will guzzle it all in one sitting and coz it's so rich and yummy yummy yummy!!

Last year I bought coffee creamers in egg nog, gingerbread and some other flavor (sugar cookie?) - it was good in coffee, but you won't be tempted to guzzle it. Really!!
Get the really GOOD eggnog - not that diet stuff and use it for your french toast. I think you'll like it!
