I was wondering why she would call a friend instead of 911... and I got to thinking... I have an iPhone, and it is much easier to call someone on my favorite's list. It takes more time to get to the keypad to actually type in a number.
I was thinking along the same lines... easier to hit "send" (like redial last number) vs. 9 1 1, send?
