I was disappointed today with twitter, but Dave came through with a photo of the courtroom. I know, big deal. I hope the state begins testimony tomorrow.

Dave Goins twitter say 5, yes 5 minute opening statement for the defense. Sure do wish this one was streamed live, but No. The victims Mom testified tiday also.

Five witnesses yesterday including the victim's Mom and the ER doctor. I'll have to check and see who is scheduled for today.
