We have salmon with Hollandise sauce, but never had it with blueberry ketsup. Where do you get it? I love blueberries and ketcup, but have never had both together.

As a mother of four, three of whom are boys, you are lucky that your son is bringing his friends home. It is so much nicer to know that your son and his buds are in a safe and healthy environment. I used to spend so much money at the grocery store and deliberately bought snacks (both healthy and not) so the boys would stay where I could keep an eye on them. My DH used to call the boys "the herd" as in "the herd was here and devoured all the food".

Tonight I am thinking of making rotini pasta with Marinara sauce and some hot Italian sausage or maybe some lean ground beef (or what the heck maybe a bit of both meats ala one of our new poster's recipe) with garlic bread and salad on the side. BTW, has anyone tried the new Wish Bone Bountifuls Italian dressing? It is really thick with vegetables and herbs and is only 15 calories per tablespoon! I love it!

DStars...I feel the same way and usually I am ok with it...I was just overly tired las tnight. At least when they are in my home, I know where they are and they are safe..that's a relief all of it's own.

My SIL always put burger meat, Italian hot sausages & Italian sweet sausages in her sauce..it's very good. She cuts the hot links and the sweet links differetly so you can tell them apart. I think that's a smart idea.

Thank you Shells2, Sounds yummy, we love to try new things once in the while, so maybe next time we'll try blueberry ketchup instead of Hollandaise.

We almost always have salmon in the freezer, so probably this weekend. We usually have creamed potatoes and asparagus with it. What are your suggestions?

There are a lot of recipes for this. I found this one that uses dark brown sugar instead of regular sugar.
