Has anyone read the court papers on RO? Looks to me like TLC has most, if not all, their i's dotted and t's crossed. They certainly have cited lots of examples of Jon's breaching of the contract and seem to have backed them up with links and case law.

Jon is in a world of hurt. His true friends are few and far between. I don't know where he got such a hair-brained idea, but he never should have heeded that thought, let alone carry it out.

I dunno. His behavior is abnormal. It just is. I honestly believe he's unstable and needs medical care. His very countenance is disturbing.

Wouldn't you love to be a fly on the wall? I have an image of Jon being presented with a list of the specific evidence and witnesses against him as being kind of like the moment Carrie Prejean was shown her sex tape. Ooops! Settle right now?

There is one part of the contract that is basically a "moral contract" and gives a list of things people can't do and i swear i think Jon broke every one of those rules....

I did. I was surprised to read that even advertisers were complaining to TLC about Jon's erratic and distasteful behavior.

Surprised, as well, that--contrary to Jon's lies about it--the Gosselins DID have legal representation AND a manager hash out the contract, which was changed 4 times.

I found it interesting that Heller refused to respond when asked to accept service (of the papers regarding the lawsuit, I presume). IIRC Heller kept said that TLC had not tried to serve the papers either to him or to Jon(who did accept service). Now that is what I do call a lie!! If the person who is giving Jon legal advice acts that way, maybe it explains many of Jon's actions. IMO, Heller should be disbarred!

It really does explain Heller's unethical practices in the past and why he has had such trouble with the Bar.

To be happy that a young woman who took her vows seriously, had 8 children with, was a great mother, kept a great house and worked so hard had her husband cheat and lie and stay out at bars and college parties and have several affairs, all chronicled in tabloids.

Never mind what it did to the family and the children.

I've seen no evidence Jon started cheating on Kate before they split up.

and Kate has even admitted she treated Jon badly....and of course she kept a great house she had friends over everyday helping her do chores.

and you might think she's a great mother but many of us disagree. what kind of mother sits there drinking water but won't allow her child to have a drink of water?

Oh, I saw on tv last night where they said she did, and they even had her pictured with some gray haired man. I assumed that was the man she was having an affair with. They also talked about how mean she was to Jon. I forget what show it was though.
