We are nearing the end, and ask for prayers of comfort at this time. I received this email from my BIL this morning.
Debbie fought the battle with all her heart and strength and with the
support of all of you, but the battle is lost and almost over. The hospice nurse was here today, and she confirmed what the doctors at the Cleveland Clinic told us that the battle is lost. The goal now is to make her as comfortable as possible and surround her with our love. The end could come very soon or within a few days. Thank all of you for all that you have done to help. The outpouring of love and support goes to show just how wonderful a person Debbie is. She has so many friends and loved ones. The doctors and nurses everywhere that she went loved her because she is such a wonderful person. The world is a better place because of her, and it will be a worse place without
her. Thank you all so very much for all your support for Debbie. She loves all of you so very much. Please pray for her comfort in these last few hours and days. Her loving family is gathering to be her during these last hours and days.
