Man Accused Of Stabbing Girl and Killing Woman

HOUSTON -- A man has been charged in a stabbing that left a woman dead and her child injured, and investigators said sexual assault was the motive, KPRC Local 2 reported Wednesday.

Harris County sheriff's deputies said Timothy Victoria, 29, was charged with capital murder.

Investigators said Victoria was found stabbed in the garage of a home in the 13000 block of Tall Forest at about 10:15 a.m. Monday.

His girlfriend's 4-year-old daughter was stabbed in the chest. Her 27-year-old mother was stabbed to death, officials said.

Detectives said Victoria stabbed the mother to death while he was in the process of raping her daughter.

"The 4-year-old child was taken in very critical condition to the hospital, where doctors found serious stab wounds and also evidence that she had been sexually assaulted," Harris County prosecutor Donna Hawkins said.

If convicted, he could face the death penalty.

The girl is expected to recover.

I would have gone down just like the mother if someone was trying to get to my daughter. God bless her and the family.
The little girl will have a long time ahead healing to have to witness this animal stabbing her mother to death and the terrorizing injuries he did to the little girl.

This story gets worse every update! So this POS was the mothers boyfriend....unreal. That poor little girl has been through so much, and now she's motherless. I hope this little girl recovers quickly and has loving family members to care for her.

Timothy Victoria is going to have some REALLY bad days in prison....even prisoners rank the crimes of other prisoners. Child rapists/killers are at the bottom of the totem pole!

He is eligible for the death penalty--I do hope it is used. I wonder what his initial story was to LE, him being "stabbed" and all? Probably some idiotic sob story about how someone came in and attacked the mom and girl, and the mom died trying to save the girl, and when he came upon the scene, the "perp" stabbed him, but ran off, realizing this big bad bruiser was going to get the best of him?:cursing: It's always some other guy, and the actual perp tries to make himself out the hero. I didn't find notice of how they discovered the murder/attack, who called 911?
