I was thinking they didn't put extra tartar sauce on her Filet-O-Fish. I know that would upset me.

LOL....I will say that McD's is the only place that I have felt the urge to go postal....the worst drive thru service ever. The last straw was when hubby brought our order home and there was NO BEEF on my quarter cheese sandwich...:cursing: If I hadn't been sick at the time, I may have just made the trip back to town and that would be me you're viewing in that video...

When we were out of town a month ago we ate breakfast at McDonalds. They were having some kind of special with their value meals that didn't include the breakfast value meals, but a lady wanted it with her breakfast. She had her teenage son with her. She threw a huge fit, got on the phone with her husband or someone telling them that evil McD's wouldn't give her what she wanted, ranted some more, asked for the number for corporate, ranted some more, then finally ordered. And people wonder why kids don't act respectfully. A lot of them learn their behavior from their PARENTS!!!

LOL. My older sister, who is a vegetarian, once went to a McDonald's and ordered a big mac without beef. The cashier gave her a weird look, but other than that she got what she ordered without any problems.

This woman was definately way out of line and I don't condone her behavior and she is in need of anger management.

Now I can fully understand the outrage that many drive thru patrons go through because orders are messed up all the time thru the drive thru...my above experience was, by far, not the first... I've tried to train hubby not to leave the window before checking the bag but you know how men can get distracted..lol

I rarely ever eat at fast food restaurants anymore and if I must, I go inside.

Sorry LMS....here's the story to go along with it....I really need to be fully awake in the mornings before starting a thread.

From the link...

KANSAS CITY, Mo. --
Police are looking for the woman who threw a fit at a local McDonald's restaurant and caused more than $1,500 damage.

On Dec. 27, a woman at the McDonald's at 3255 Main St. was upset about her order and returned her hamburger twice, demanding her money back.

I don't think LE should have much difficulty finding her. The video is nice and clear and I'm sure she's all over the news there. Someone who doesn't like her will turn her in. (and I bet if she behaves like that there are many who don't like her) Then, I hope, we'll hear what her excuse is. I wonder if they are offering a small reward. Bet there would be "friends" tripping all over each other to get it if there is one.

Must be a bad week for McDonald's . . . this woman assaulted a drive-thru window because they were out of chicken nuggets.

I just cant imagine behaving in such a manner over something so trivial. My gosh, do people really think they are THAT entitled?

I went to KFC once, they were out of chicken. LOL that struck me as being SOOOOOOOOO funny. How the heck does a chicken place run out of chicken???? I certainly would never have thought about calling 911, or throwing a hissy fit because I couldnt get my chicken wings.

People really need to lighten up. If the worst thing that happens to me is I cant get a big mac or chicken nuggest...Ive had a darn good life.

It doesn't bother me when they tell me they are out of something but what does bother me (or use to as don't eat in car anymore but have taken to work) but when they do not put napkins in the bag or only one ketchup. Years ago they used to overload with that kind of stuff now most places if you don't ask you don't get it. I also don't like when they ask to pull up there and wait as it is rarely a couple of minuets and is usually when I am in the most hurry as a drive thru is for.

Anyone that has anger issues regarding the service or quality of fast food places needs to rearrange their priorities!
