I don't think we ever got an exact date, but I'm worried that it's this Friday. Ashton seems to know his stuff in the motion replies he's written, but he's a bit too rubber-faced in the courtroom.

Do the Anthonys have another cruise planned on friday, and if so, will they be able to stay for the entire hearing?? :scared:

Casey was on her laptop when Cindy and Amy arrived at Tone's. I agree with the article re if Casey had a blue screen at that time, she would have mentioned it or Tone and friend would have noticed.
I am technically challenged and apologize if this is a stupid question. LE did a forensics on the laptop. Would they be able to tell what caused "the blue screen of death"..iow, if someone deleted one of the operating files, would LE be able to determine when it was deleted? TIA

The defense can drag in all the volunteer searchers they want regarding the Suburban Drive location, but I believe Caylee's remains were at that location since mid June 2008.
Roy Kronk Interview January 6, 2009
http://cfnews13.com/uploadedFiles/Stories/Local/gibson%20and%20kronk.pdf
page 9 - RK: I saw something white that was protruding out of the water.
page 10 - RK: I was just standing looking at the water and I said, "Look at that."
page 11 - RK: You know I, I'm not going to say that I didn't care, but I wasn't going to go in there. There was water and snakes and all that other stuff.
page 14 - RK: No. He (cop) just got to like the water's edge of the swamp, sweeped (sic), turned around and came out. That was it. That was all he did.
YM: And the object, just to clarify, you mentioned it before, it was about four to ...
RK: Four to six feet in the water, up next to the tree.
YM: Okay, So it was in, in the water?
RK: It was in the water, yeah (affirmative).

I recall watching one of the local news stations interview residents in that area. They all said the water level was high for months and only began drying up just prior to Caylee being found.
I would believe residents who are very familiar with the area than searchers from out of town.

Morning! :seeya:
The volunteer searchers could have easily overlooked Caylee.
According to the autopsy report, the laundry bag is 16 1/2 inches in diameter and 24 inches deep. (page 6 http://i2.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2009/images/06/19/caylee.anthony.autopsy.pdf ) IMO, even an experienced S & R could have easily missed the remains because of the dense undergrowth.

It's likely that the defense will focus greatly on this area of the case, and I do believe that folks do wonder how Caylee's remains could have been overlooked since they were so close to the Anthony home.
Even if I might have a doubt as to "who" dumped Caylee's body in that area, it doesn't change my opinion as to who is responsible for Caylee's death. The someone who lied about the whereabouts of her child for 31 days.

Mallory's State Depo is an interesting thought. I've always wondered if we would ever get results of testing that could be ordered on all those vacuums that were seized from the Anthony home. Or whatever type of testing results from the soil samples that were collected. And, we've never seen the interview from Deborah Polisano (Cindy's boss) either. Though there was mention of it in an LE's report... this was the person who referred Cindy to the counselor.

Okay, got it. I am convinced that KC did it because had anyone else done it, the body would have been transported many miles away and hidden much better. Items linking back to Casa anthony would never have been included in the deposit either, imo.

I go back to square one, too, Scamp, if we just go back to the day Caylee was last seen. All of this is in Casey's lap, alone. She killed Caylee, she disposed of Caylee's body in the easiest way, she's lied to everyone and everybody about everything; and all her family can be blamed for is attempting to exonerate Casey from blame by whatever means they employ. It's really there in a nutshell, but the speculation is interesting, too.

Yes...ONLY Casey is responsible for the murder....however, the Anthony's are responsible for trying to cover it up...and I do believe that they sent the PI right to where they either thought Casey put the remains or were told by Casey where they were...This family wanted desperately to find those remains and for only one reason...to hide them better, there would have been no other reason because I believe that Cindy is STILL trying to make the public think that Caylee is still alive somewhee....That woud be the only thing that might be able to save Casey and that is if a body was never found or Cindy can make a juror or two think that Caylee is still alive. Cindy is all about "STUFF" she knows where all her stuff is at all times. JMO of course
CIndy kept track of STUFF to keep tabs on what Casey was up to during those 30 days. I'll bet she came home everyday and took inventory of clothing, shoes, contents of the refrigerator and anything else that wasn't nailed down. She knew Casey was coming back to the house and taking things, she also knew nothing of Caylee's was being removed from the house. She suspected early on that Caylee was in trouble, and by the time she wrote her little plea on MYSPACE on the 3rd of July she was frantic. I do think she initially suspected that Casey had given Caylee away, Caylee possibly being dead I don't think entered her mind til the smell in the car.

I usually just read the posts and get on with my morning but I'm sitting pondering the over the laptop. I'm not real computer savy, although I have had one for quite a few years.
If a person got a virus would it have taken only certain files by date? Wouldn't the virus have to be dealt with to keep it from frying later files too? From what I understand it would have to of took information from a certain time period from the same applications.
I honestly don't buy a virus at all. This was done for a reason imo.
I tried going to back to read Lee's depo about the laptop again because I was wondering if Lee's statement said whether he told LE this right when returning from picking the laptop up or whether is was later.
Also I always thought when a pc crashed a person lost all or most all of their data. The first online pc I had was a real oldie and I crashed it a couple of times, I think I had windows 3.0 or something like that and all was lost. Windows had to be reinstalled.
Ok, I'm going to stop before I start sounding to dumb here..:blushing:
Just to add, YES, I FIRMLY beleive Casey all by her little ole evil self Killed and disposed of Caylee.

I agree...I don't think this family knows how to tell the truth .
I am beginning to believe that they have always hated their lives and
therefore they try to reinvent themselves constantly.
This has not just happened in trying to cover for Casey murdering
Caylee ...they have been doing this all their lives.....if they don't like
what is happening they pretend it is not or they come up with something that is suppose to sound better
or more logical or excuses for whatever and in the long run they continue to look foolish.

I always thought Lee didn't know what he was talking about re the computer. Years ago, a crash would cause you to lose everything but not now.
IF you were working say on a word document or excel or in the middle of anything, and you were to shut down the computer improperly (just hitting the power button), you will get a message next time you boot up that the computer was not shut down properly and that you may have lost some data.
You "might" lose the current info on the word or excel document but you wouldn't lose everything and a virus is not involved.
Casey, I would think just hit the power button once she knew she would have to go with her mother. I doubt a blue screen of death was involved no matter what Lee says.

Anything on a computer can be retrieved. No matter if you reformat the hard drive....delete everything. Its still on your hard drive. Its costly and you need to be very computer savvy to retrieve it. But the government does it all the time.

In spades! We used to pick up sick call requests from inmates 3 times daily and about 50% or more of them were very, very, similar to this writing. It's almost stereotypical I would say. In sick call requests, we would have inmates writing to us about how (insert super-power or religion or whatever fantastical ideation) is trying to either make them sick, cost them a case, keep them in prison, deny their rights, or write about other cases they know something about. There is a lot of writing word for word out of law books, that have absolutely NOTHING to do with any issue they had. It could sometimes be quite entertaining.

Bolding by me....
Although I truly believe that Caylee's remains were placed at the remains site since June, I do also wonder why her remains were not found sooner.
I know LE and searchers were focusing on places that corresponded to cell phone pings and whatnot, but just due to the close proximity to the Anthony family home and the fact that Kio Marie told police that Casey used to bury her pets there, I think that particular area should have been gone over w/a fine tooth comb from the moment that LE felt that Caylee was deceased.
I know Caylee's remains were under water, but careful ground searches by LE could have possibly found her sooner. Can you imagine how much more evidence there would be against Casey if Caylee's body had been found from the very beginning?
I know it is easy to look back in hindsight and ask why this area wasn't searched a little more thoroughly, but I do believe that this case will definitely set a precedent for all future cases of this nature. In the next case like this, I am sure that LE will search the vacant lots and wooded areas near the accused home very closely w/out leaving any stone unturned.

From what I remember from Tim Miller - that area, where Caylees remains were found, was underwater the whole time - there were snakes and other creatures in the area which is why they didn't walk out into the area - Tim Miller also stated that he didn't want to use terrain vehicles in that area and a few others because it would have crushed the body or skeleton because there was no way to look under the water - being it was muddy silt full
Even Kronk stated that he could only go far into that area and a few other areas because of snakes and creatures

If we all remember back to when Tim Miller was in Orlando searching, he was in the area where Caylee was eventually found, searching with ATV's. He lost a brand new ATV in water very near the remains site.
He then called off the search, remember how angry we all were at that time? I sure do, but then he explained he would not risk going into an area covered with water with ATV's and horses that could damage potential evidence. That was very smart thinking, imo.

The gas challenged KC put the remains close to home because it was familiar and expedient, imo.

I so agree. The fact that Casey didn't have any money and was always running out of gas should have furthered enhanced LE's interest in the site where Caylee was eventually found. I know so much was going on at the time, but knowing what we know now, I wish that LE would have searched that area a little more thoroughly. I think the case against Casey could possibly be even stronger than it is now, and it might not have reached the ridiculous circus proportions that it has.

Hi Lady, I agree that it would have been so much easier to try this case if Caylee had been found sooner. I don't want to second guess LE as I'm sure they did their best. So many children's bodies are found very close to their home, that I do think it should be of utmost importance to thoroughly search the entire area several times if necessary. I do think it may have been due to the 31 day lag in even having Caylee reported missing that threw this case off, but Casey's lies and the tales related to LE by Cindy put LE on a wild goose chase and the search was secondary.

I know in hindsight it's easy to see that this makes sense. But I can see LE looking at the airport, the area near the college, etc. due to logical, concrete evidence (cel phone pings and whatnot). They knew Casey lied, so they looked at the evidence that did not lie and searched those areas. The area the KioMarie talked about at the time (pre-National Enquirer) was not the same area where Caylee was found. Before too long, the waters came and there was no chance.
Besides, what kind of *stupid* person would dump a body that close to their own home? <--- rhetorial question

Oh, ITA! I swear these people went into "protect Casey" mode as soon as they knew Caylee was "missing". IMO, they KNEW Casey did something and automatically went into damage control mode. I'd bet they have done this many, many times in the past for her.

Do you suppose that Casey could also be having increased concerns that everyone is out to get her? Would the isolation of protective custody have affected Casey by now?
I think we've been seeing changes in her already. She has a flatter affect now and of course you can see the mild-ish physical changes. I don't know just how segregated she is in jail as opposed to prison. Jails tend to be a bit busier than prisons, because there is so much inmate turnaround, and people coming and going on court cases and there tends to be more frequent visitation in jails as your friends and family are usually closer to you in the county where you offend compared to the county where you are usually "stored". There tend to be more mental and social stimulation in jails for these reasons (and people still have hope that they will be found innocent). You tend to be treated better by staff when you are in county jails because many inmates still have the presumption of innocence and must be treated so if they aren't found guilty yet. I contend she will continue on a downward spiral and will only do better during her trial when she will have a lot of purpose in her life, socialization, and how ever much hope she has and some other possible positives. IF she goes to death row, or a SEG situation, she will certainly decompensate again, IMO. I don't think Casey will ever be a happy camper again.

O/T a little bit, but for the past few days I have been wondering if the Amanda Knox verdict is affecting Camp Anthony at all and how they will proceed w/Casey's case. I have not followed the AK case all that closely, but it appears that many thought she was not guilty and had a chance of getting off of the charges. I know she was tried in another country and all, but I have to wonder if the outcome of her trial is making Casey's defense team even more worried about the outcome of Casey's trial? Anyway, that is just something that has been on my mind for the past few days.

There are those pesky trespassing laws etc., that do tend to discourage citizens from going on land that they have not been able to get permission to search. While that may not stop LE, it could easily have stopped many citizens from searching that specific area.
In some areas, it could actually be dangerous to go snooping around, and one just don't want to get shot at. Not saying that there are areas like that in Orlando, cause I don't know as I don't live there.

Bolding by me....
So true! That is one of the main reasons that I think that Casey acted alone. Had she had help, the body would not have been placed that close to the Anthony family home.

This is an excellent post and very true - I asked my Dad about the same thing (as he is a retired Police Chief/FBI, career cop - he was the head fingerprint analyst on the Manson murders)
Anyways - the city jails are just this, busy and you have the presumption of innocence - and if she were in solitary lock up in prison, she would be having a terrible time - solitary lock up is in a cell block with others who are normally yelling, are on psychiatric watch, etc. It's a horrible situation - AND being a baby killer is 10 times worse

I know you improperly shut down without crashing but I guess I as talking more about the virus thing. I don't beleive Lee either. I was just speculating on how he thought that story was going to roll..lol

A mother would do that - it's a known psychological fact - mothers who kill their children normally bury them at home (in which it's supposed that Casey tried to do) or they put their bodies close to home - it's in a way watching over them - Fathers/men tend to discard a body of a child or their child anywhere - Also murders of children by their mother is normally non violent and ones by fathers are violent

The only way I see her carving out any kind of life is if she doesn't get death, and stays segged for a number of years, like 10, when the crime is not fresh in all the inmate's minds, her notoriety dies down, and she learns the ropes of prison. Then I expect her to have a Diane Downs type experience.

Oh I wish you guys could work in a prison for a week. You would not believe what is waiting for the OC. That inmate's communication is SO par for the course in prisons. (Really a lot of it is sad because you can see how sick, truly mentally ill so many are.)
I've watched a few of the documentary prison shows on TV in the last year, and have learned a few things. Enough to know that I wouldn't do well working in a prison. However, I do enjoy hearing some of your accounts and stories about prison life and experiences.

I don't think that Casey thought too hard about it at all. IMO, she has been lying her entire life, and Cindy has been covering for her. I always thought that she just dumped Caylee with very little thought, and assumed Cindy would work out all the details if she were caught. That seems to be the pattern. Cover for Casey even when its OBVIOUS!

I can buy this. How many sad times have we heard of a dead baby in the closet, or buried in the basement, or found in a steamer trunk in the attic? But those places are *very* close. There's so little chance that LE just happens to knock on your door and asks to see what's in your old steamer trunk. In these cases, the "disposal" remains private.
Far away makes sense to me, too. 'Nuff said.
But close and out in the open? Major problem. Ergo, not a smart move.

The noise was the number one thing that surprised me. Even on the Lock Up series, you can't get a good appreciation of the acoustics in those places because it's a RAW sound with all that screaming, hollering and clanging, beating off of concrete and steel. One of the gals I went to nursing school took me for a tour of SEG when I first applied there, and it almost scared me to death. I was wearing a long black skirt with a black top on and inmates were yelling, "Are you going to a funeral?" And, "Look, Johnny Cash's wife is here!" And then there were the guys whose hands you could see moving suspiciously, IYKWIM. Another surprise for me, was how much light there is 24 hours a day, especially in a SEG sitch. Count is done often twice a shift and you don't take count in a dark room. Count also takes a long time to do, so basically lights are just left on 24/7. Good times!
ETA: What inmates HATE to have is when a lockdown happens for some reason. Then NO ONE gets out of their housing for any reason, except an escort to medical. They don't get mail, go to the store, get exercise, showers, hot meals, nothing. (They get a "johnny-snack" which is usually a bologna sandwich with warm milk.) Lock downs can go on for weeks at a time, but usually only for days. It gets very tense during lock downs.

BBM - Kio did a phone interview and one at the school.

LE may have thought Kio was a flake. She told them she had received a phone call from Casey and then she decided it was a different Casey.

Maybe you can answer a question that I've not yet seen answered, even after I've watched all those shows. How is the laundry handled? How often do inmates have the opportunity to get clean clothes? Or how often can they get "their" clothing laundered? How often can they get a clean sheet, blanket, or pillow case (if they get these at all)?

Well, there you are:
"In a chilling disclosure, Kiomarie told The ENQUIRER that the area where a body presumed to be Caylee was found was a secret hideaway of Casey's, and that she had long used it as a pet cemetery.
Kiomarie and Casey called that area The Zone - a secret place where as girls they would dress all in black and read prayers as they buried their dead pets."
Note that date of December - too late to help LE search.
But here's another hidden gem:
"Kiomarie remained so close to Casey that Casey gave Caylee the middle name of Marie, in honor of Kiomarie."
I bet Cindy wasn't happy to hear where this "Marie" came from. OR, is KioMarie full of Casey's lies, too? :sneaky:

okay, totally off the things being discussed now but, when i was watching the july 25th jail video, kc said something that absolutely floored me.
cindy asked if zanny was acting alone and kc said she didn't know because she hadn't talked to anyone (what happened with jb park?) then she said something along the lines of "i'm hoping that if there's people involved there's as many people that are dumb enough to open their mouth and say something....."
wth? dumb enough? not honest enough, compassionate enough, moral enough? speaks VOLUMES to me.
the other thing that bugged me (well, everything about that video bugged me) is that cindy kept saying "look into my eyes". i know that she was trying to get kc to answer the leading questions cindy was asking in the manner in which cindy desired - not trying to see if kc was lying to her (remember cindy's statement "if i look into someone's eyes i can tell if they're lying).

I know you improperly shut down without crashing but I guess I as talking more about the virus thing. I don't beleive Lee either. I was just speculating on how he thought that story was going to roll..lol
You know what, I've picked your post to respond to because this thing with Lee.....remember during one of his interrogations he mentioned Product being sold; I don't remember if it was the undercover tap or his actual interview but somewhere in there he did use the word PRODUCT being sold in that park, in relation to what casey was doing there.
NOW. I've always thought there was some kind of drug connection going on here. If Casey A did make Chloro in her parents home, it's possible she also cooked up other stuff. We just don't know. IT's possible though that both knew about some dealing, what was CaseyA doing for work.
This has never been answered. Where was she going all the time, what was she doing, and where was Caylee during this time. We don't know.
The use of the word PRODUCT by Lee, showed to me a sense of someone who knew about drugs, knew about the product being sold, and knows much more than he has ever said to LE. About that laptop, and about other things.
Was Snowman BrandonSnow and listed as snowman in her address book because he was a coke dealer? I don't know. But I sure do think there is some kind of drug link, something on her computer besides PHOTOS that Lee hid for her and attempted to erase. My feeling was it was about this Product. Using the word product was such a huge elephant in the room to me. It really stood out, no one has mentioned it much any more....
But who the hell is Caylee's FATHER and WHAT was casey A doing for a living and WHERE was she for these past two years? Cindy and George A would have known she wasn't at work, and just shopping they would have known by looking at their CC statements, exactly where she was.
It would have been easy to backtrack and tell.
So, again I want to know where she was, who this child's FATHER WAS and what CaseyA was doing for a living, was she dealing, and was Lee?
Usually only dealers would use the word Product. I still think drugs are involved in this case in some way. Casey A didn't work for more than two years. Where the hell was she and what what she doing? That's what I wanna know.
That motion is the biggest joke I've ever seen. That cannot be real.
Is that a joke?

Heck! I still want to know WHY casey had all her personal things in a profile/folder entitled: Bobbi or Bobby whichever the spelling was.
Who, the Heck, Is Bobbi any way? THAT has never been answered either.
But, that was her profile on the searches done on the PC. I think it was the desktop. No matter, really I just want to know who Bobbi is. And why all her files were under a folder using this name.

Lavinya, can you tell me what the Diane Downs experience is?
Have you seen Small Sacrifices with Farrah Fawcett? Or read the book by Ann Rule, Small Sacrifices???
Diane Downs had 3 children, 2 girls and 1 boy - she met a guy who just didn't want to have kids - she was sooooo in love with this guy, she concocted a story of a guy hijaking their car on a lonely road - when in fact Diane Downs shot her own children - one died, the boy is in a wheelchair, and one daughter is permanently damaged but has since married and has a child - they were adopted by the District Attorney in the case
Diane Downs shot herself in the arm to show that they were hijacked by this guy
She had no remorse, she thought that her kids still loved her and wanted her back as thier mother - she was pregnant when she went to jail and the baby was given up for adoption
She escaped prison once, captured and put back in jail - I believe she is a woman's high secutiry prison in WA
You ought to see the movie its really good

What a great post! I've had those same questions since the beginning of this whole thing, and I am sure the answers are important because none have been forthcoming, and without these answers, there's a big hole in the story, bigger than the others.

I really love these insights, Lavinya. Please keep 'em coming.

I think this book and Helter Skelter were the only 2 true crime books I've read

Maybe you have it right, I honestly think Casey made a livng by stealing. As far as Casey's days goes, when she was supposed to be working, I think she spent them on the phone and visiting a friend now and again. Lord, only knows what she did do with Caylee sometimes, it seems to me she just drug her around where ever she went, the times her parents wasn't watching her. I don't know what to think of the drug thing, you could be right but its just doesn't grab me. I wonder if any of us will ever know for sure what all Casey did.. Casey was very :sneaky:

Maybe you can answer a question that I've not yet seen answered, even after I've watched all those shows. How is the laundry handled? How often do inmates have the opportunity to get clean clothes? Or how often can they get "their" clothing laundered? How often can they get a clean sheet, blanket, or pillow case (if they get these at all)?
Had to run out and shop for a bit. :tongueside:
Laundry is a big deal in prison. It's often a form of currency. You get about 2 sets of clean shirts/pants a week (in most places). Of course this will not do for a lot of inmates so laundry is one of the places that an inmate will "punk" another inmate. The "lesser" inmates, that are weak, or have no money on their accounts, or lovers, will often find themselves doing other inmates' laundry in their cell. For an inmate that still wants to be a dandy in prison, they can get a pretty good "ironing" job on their uniform by placing a uniform between the mattress and metal or concrete slab. Inmates here only get one sheet and a wool blanket. No pillow.
Inmate's are *always* hustling to try to get something a little different, for example they may say they have a wool allergy so that medical has to issue a cotton blanket. To have *anything* different than other inmates tends to be looked on as some kind of acquired status by other inmates. All shirts had to be pullover shirts and some inmates would claim reduced shoulder range to get a button up shirt from medical. All inmates had to be free of facial hair so we had to hold a weekly clipper/shave pass clinic for the inmate's who claimed to have pseudofolliculitis barbae, or "shave bumps" and 99% of them were shot down. All claims had to be verified. If they claimed to be allergic to wool, you taped a piece of wool on their back and threw them in an isolation cell to see if they indeed had a reaction. You don't take an inmate's word on *anything*. You can not trust the best inmate you have in prison. You just can't.

I've been asking around to some of my old correctional nurse friends and it just *really* varies according to facility. None of them said they had ever given inmates anything for anxiety like a benzodiazapine. They do get anti-depressants in some cases. If she was going to get meds, she would probably get them at this point since she is presumed innocent and she has an active case that she needs to participate in. They don't care about you or your lawyer so much when you get to max. security, lol. Could. Not. Care. Less.

i wonder, if she's on meds, if she could be deemed incapable of assisting in her own defense on down the road. i've heard of cases overturned when this determination was made. of course, these people seemed to be clearly psychotic or suffering from some other severe mental malady and i don't think she's on anti-psychotic stuff, but who knows if this could be an argument for appeal if the decision is unfavorable to her.....

It was a fascinating place to work. I often would like to go back but it changed me so profoundly, (and the stress was UNREAL!) that I know I would never do it. Every minute of every day was filled with tension on top of being a charge nurse in a place where you had to do a lot of stuff nurses don't do in the free world because we couldn't get them out of the gates for hours if something went bad wrong. I never had a Dr. work with me the shift I worked so in essence, you ARE the Dr.. It was like working in a war zone all the time, cutting inmates down who had hung themselves, sewing up severe lacerations, putting down NG tubes and charcoal for poisonings, holding inmates down who were having status epilepticus seizures for hours, mutilators, psychotics, catatonics, HIV, TB, Hep. C, cardiacs, diabetics, etc. I'm too old for all that now and I'll just watch from the sidelines now. :tongueside:

WHICH brings up my next question: Do Casey and the others ever get to be outside? One of my greatest pleasures in life is to putz around in my gardens, feeling the sunshine on my skin. IF she is on meds, which I kind of doubt, I think it might be an anti-depressant which doesn't *usually* cloud thinking. The effect should be MUCH more subtle than an anti-psychotic, which I would bet anything I own, she's not on.

Oh but they do! In Texas, inmates MUST work or get discipline cases. Most of the inmates at my prison were on what they call, "hoe squads". That's a chain gang out in the field. Others worked laundry, food services, janitor type jobs or in the hospital or clinics as an SSI which is like an orderly. You must be in SEG or have a medical pass (which are VERY difficult to obtain) to get out of work. Federal has much cushier jobs and requirements.

BUG
my bold
Lee using the word PRODUCT in his visitation with Casey was just Lee trying to play detective. Casey just went along with him, knowing he'd be on a wild goose chase til the next visit. When he realized everything she had been feeding him was BS and got annoyed at her, she cut off her visits with him. She told Cindy and George as much, "Lee keeps asking me questions"

They are talking about the Little Econ river I thought - this area wasn't at the Little Econ - tho at the site where Caylees remains were found there was a well and the area seemed to be dry until May of that year and then with water after

OMG, if Casey goes to prison, do you think she may end up writing motions for other inmates too?
BTW, Lavinya, didn't you use to have the the actual vulgar word in your sig line, or am I imagining things again??
Well of course she will - she'll convince her fellow inmates that she was secretly going to law school when her family thought she was working at Universal cause she wanted to surprise them. She's got to make some money for her jail account somehow, don't ya know?

in the october 28, 2009 police report where they investigated what sounded like someone screaming for help, i found the following interesting:
"the wooded area was not entered by any ground units due to its thick vegetation and the fact the ground was very wet and covered in deep water in some areas."
is that the same location caylee was found?

I was wondering that too - looking at the arial photos, it looks like the school is next to the wooded area and houses on the other side - that area has a well that overflows when it rains and drains to the river on the other side of the road - at least thats what I'm reading???

Why yes, I did! :sneaky: CW said that word and no variation (like the letters jumbled up) can be used on the board as in her words, "It is a vulgar word." No one can say *I'm* not an angel child. :sneaky:
ETA: BTW, Casey is more likely to be doing Loretta's laundry when she goes to the pokey.

Two things bother me so much about this - one when Cindy was calling 911 and Casey was asking for more time - that Casey never told anyone about Caylee missing (okay three things) AND Casey NEVER ONCE pleaded to have Caylee returned home - never said a word until I think the 3rd visit from her parents when Cindy asked.....

Hello Oswald, Whenever Cindy would press Casey for information about Zenaida or ask if she had a message for Zanny, I always got the impression from Casey's reaction to those questions that in her mind she was thinking "WTH, why would I send a message to a fictional person? Can my mother be so gullible that she actually BELIEVES this load of horse dooty I'm spewing and if she is, why aren't the cops so easily fooled?

Oh but they do! In Texas, inmates MUST work or get discipline cases. Most of the inmates at my prison were on what they call, "hoe squads". That's a chain gang out in the field. Others worked laundry, food services, janitor type jobs or in the hospital or clinics as an SSI which is like an orderly. You must be in SEG or have a medical pass (which are VERY difficult to obtain) to get out of work. Federal has much cushier jobs and requirements.
That, at least, is GOOD news!

the response she gave to cindy's question of "what would you like to tell caylee" bugged me - kc said "that she is the most important thing. that mommy loves you very much and to be brave"
unless i am losing my mind, these sound like echos of what george and cindy said to kc. and i can't help but wonder if kc was reciting them in relation to herself, iykwim.

On 8/4 George deposited $100 in Casey's account. By 8/20, Casey's balance was down to $0.06. Casey did without commissary until 9/9, after a stranger deposited $50. On 9/10, Casey made another commissary purchase, drawing her balance down to $0.24.
George dropped in another $100 on 9/17. By 10/1 Casey account had only $4.30 in it. A stranger made two deposits for $25 each. Casey made a commissary purchase on 10/7 for $11.96 and another on 10/8 for $30.29, depleting her balance to $0.05.

I do not see or understand how anyone can question the fact that Caylee's body had been under water .
There is so much evidence to proove it was.
There are expert winesses documenting facts of such also
eye witnesses that were there and can and will tell about
the flooding in the area.
For the life of me I do not see how the defense is going to get
anyone to believe that someone else threw the body where
it was found after Casey was incarcerated.
Hopefully the jurors will at least have the brains they were born with.
Again IMO it should not take much more to look at the evidence and realize there is more showing Casey's guilt then innocence.
Not to mention there is nothing to show that somebody else committed this crime.
They can dream up all the scenerios they want but where is any kind of proof it is anything but a "mother killed her own child"?

Does seem like in the last few months, Casey is having cash flow difficulties.
(One and one-half trees down in less than 10 hours... both less than 100 ft from my front door) Luckily neither fell on anything, no lines down, no roads blocked. I do suspect that a family of squirrels have lost their home and will be moving out as soon as possible.

Could it be the last day Caylee was alive? June 15th after Casey left the Anthony house?
That would be a very big bombshell if it was taken of Caylee before her mother Casey murdered her that night after she left the A's house.

You get some idea by looking at how long Casey's hair was, and it looks much shorter than when we first saw her live. I'd say at least 3 months before June, but that's just a guess.

I totally believe they knew and the reason I believe it is because of what you just posted (bbm).
They were all too interested in their own "images" than Caylee. Too interested in insulting the searchers, etc.... I think that they knew she was dead and gone, now all they had to do was figure out how to make a buck off of her.

In one of the pics it looks like Caylee has a bruise under her eye. According to Ricardo she got that mark falling into a table at his apartment, not sure of the date but for some reason February sticks in my mind. I'll have to read his statement again to be sure.

Hello Cassidy,
Actually - I think what she is doing is playing a game called guitar hero. I cant image that she has any music talents what so ever - that would require practice and passion and an actual love for something other than herself.
I noticed that Caylee is wearing the shirt and what might be matching pants in several photos - and then the same shirt with black pants in another. How is it that cindy had never seen that shirt before?
