cog I think what happened is this gentlemen was not due to testify until today but the def. went so fast they ran out of people. I could be wrong but it seems they are going pretty much in the same order as in the other trials.

Thomas was the last suspect questioned by investigators. A Knox County sheriff's detective said Thomas said, "F!#* that white girl. She don't mean nothing to me. You cops come into my neighborhood and kill us why should I get involved in something that's none of my business" during his interrogation.

Fitzgerald played a recording of a phone call between Thomas and his then girlfriend, Stacey Lawson, while he was in custody.

Lawson asked, "You were there?" Thomas said, "Yeah, but I don't know s#*%. I was asleep."

Lawson asked, "Why didn't someone call the police? That girl didn't deserve what happened to her." Thomas said, "It wasn't none of my business."

I know what you mean about RL getting in the way, I'm missing most of the testimony so far.

I'm hoping that alot of what Thomas said to others will be used against him and the jury listens hard to what he said. That might be his biggest downfall.

Did yall notice the prosecution is pointing out the bottles of bleach and cleaning agents more? Of course, Coleman's statement that they poured bleach down Channon's throat, in her vagina and her anus to get rid of the DNA won't come in.

But I am sure the CSI agent will point out the bleach on Channon's camisole and hopefully the jury will make that connection.

It was labeled wrong.. the label said it was in the trashcan, but it was in the kitchen or something like that...(or vice versa?)... the location written on it was incorrect.

I think they will be the hardest to convict. I think they are both responsible if they were there (and they were) and did nothing to stop the torture and murders.

Good post Lynda. His prints on cd is no real test that he was there also. If I borrow a cd won't the previous owner's/user's DNA be on it. Very possible.
The crimes here are so horrible I doubt he won't get LWOP just from knowing them. I really want to see Ms. Coleman's trial if there is one.

Ya know, I think he admitted to being there ..for example..he spoke o Daphne coming over, and that he was in the backroom...and heard alot of little tidbits that made me believe he was there the whole friggin time..except when he left with Chris/Davidson in the 4Runner....Remember the witnes who testified about seeing the 4Runner pass by and make a funny turn, and the occupants stared at him like "Who are you and why are you hanging around look"..Its a shame that guy couldnt give an ID on those faces staring him down..if he did I didnt hear it..Maybe he did??

Ya know, I think he admitted to being there ..for example..he spoke o Daphne coming over, and that he was in the backroom...and heard alot of little tidbits that made me believe he was there the whole friggin time..except when he left with Chris/Davidson in the 4Runner....Remember the witnes who testified about seeing the 4Runner pass by and make a funny turn, and the occupants stared at him like "Who are you and why are you hanging around look"..Its a shame that guy couldnt give an ID on those faces staring him down..if he did I didnt hear it..Maybe he did??

Then, using logic, he was found and arrested with Cobbins and Vanessa wasnt he?...IF he wasnt so involved, why would he feel the need to hideout with co-defendents of this crime?..Someone mentioned that Davidson arranged for some hideout accomodations..LOL Using his favorite barter.."DRUGS"!!

Indeed...Daphne saw him there on Sunday night. G was riding in the 4runner the night b4 w/the gang of slugs.

G was in the thick of things and equally as guilty as the others.

You know aub that is what I can not get out of my mind how bad that hurt and that may sound stupid with all that they did to her but I know what it feels like to have a small cut and get cleaner in it and with all they did to her then to pour cleaner on her. I know. It must have been awful. The wounds alone would have caused a great deal of pain, but the bleach is even worse. I am sure she screamed bloody murder when it was poured on her. And that creep says it wasn't any of his business. :mad:

I just cant stand to hear anyone scream on movies but to hear someone in obvious distress in real life would be more than I could stand. I guess for us normal folks anyway.

Deena did a good job today, she made it really personal between her and Channon, letting the jury know that they had a lot of good times, and some jokes between them. It was really sad. Deena spoke with such obvious affection for Channon, and I hope the jury heard that with their hearts.

It had one house next door, then on the other side was a parking lot (I think for Waste Management?!?). I am not sure if anyone lived in that house next door or not. It is a rundown area of town. Such a shame that their paths had to cross. If I were granted the power to change one thing that concerned people I had never even met, I would undo that night for Channon and Chris. It is so heartbreaking, and is going to be unforgettable for many people, including a lot of us on here.

Thanks Aubrey. I think this will help the jury realize that he could have done something. And I'm not a big fan of Stacey's but I think she must have some heart questioning why he didn't call the police. And also stating that Channon and Chris didn't deserve what they did to them.

I think she is still hanging with lowlifes. Hopefully she will remember why she is in the courtroom and give the jury what they need to make LeG pay for what he did or as he says didnt do.
