BBM...Its only my feeling, but it seems because he was a party to this crime as a whole, in that he was there, he participated in the kidnapping, murder, rapes etc...He is just as guilty as Cobbins and Davidson ( who's DNA was found)..G. did NOTHING to stop the crime nor help the victims in anyway, and I do think because of his statements, he was the one who actually shot Chris Newsom...

Anyone who participates with a group in felonies, is just as culpible....OK...Legal Eagles here can straighten out my thinking if it is flawed..TYIA

I personally have nothing against bi-racial dating if that's your thing, but hasn't it been said that black guys consider getting a white (and/or light-skinned for that matter) girlfriend a trophy of sorts? The defense does not argue very much with what the prosecution says happened. They just want the jury to interpret it differently. To sum up the defense, they are saying that Thomas sat in a corner smoking dope "minding his own business."

This does nothing to refute the idea of criminal responsibility, which is the prosecution case against George Thomas. This was also about the most horrific double murder one can imagine. Will the jury infer that Thomas was an active participant rather than a bystander?

She's a district attorney's assistant. When the ME was showing photos of Channon and Chris's bodies, the assitant fainted and almost fell out of her chair...Fitzgerald caught her.

Sorry, it wasnt a poster, it was the witness from the TBI forensics..the blond lady who evaluated the shoes..She spoke to the "Distillates" which if not kept in air tight containers, the volatility of it causd them to dissipate..within 7 days...so tests would be negative....

Hope I havent confused you even more..in other words, those shoes could NOT be packaged in paper bags or even plastic for that matter for that reason...
