Seniors and others who received the 250 tax credit and in many cases higher credits find themselves with headaches as do many married and those with low incomes…now having to pay it back.

Oh my gosh. Who are the accountants that came up with this idea to begin with?!? Sounds like the repercussions developed over time, as they found out what the "tax break" actually meant. I was going to copy and paste to make my argument, but it would have been half the article!!
