I'm afraid we'll all be quite shocked after all the bills come in since many clunkers are still waiting to be picked up somewhere....:blushing:.

What a wake up call for the fuel efficient crowd IMO, not so much.

That is one thing the so called stimulus bill has done. It has managed to make people forget all of the other government waste debacles since we are being bombarded with this nonsense daily.

Just drink your fluoride, take your nutricious mercury shots, and stop complaining.

Big rig dealers waiting for "cash for clunkers" program to begin

SEATTLE - Here's the deal. Turn in your old gas guzzling, air polluting vehicle, and we'll help trade it for a brand new, energy efficient vehicle. Sound familiar? The difference is this time the cash for clunkers program is rolling on 18 wheels.

"This is our Cash For Clunkers, you bet," says Freightliner Truck Salesman Brett Cowger.
