KatYep Yanks won - but it still wasn't really a good game. I don't why - the whole thing lacks Life or Enthusiasm, for me. I think that both teams are phoning it in.

So far, I have enjoyed the games and found them terrific. We had Ice Hockey tickets for the Wranglers last night but skipped it cause of the game. Lots of Ice Hockey but only one World Series. I like both teams but in the end, we are AL people.

and he's 6' 7".....high school hit 22 homers (unusual for a pitcher) out of 32 games...

Wow! Poor ARod....got hit three times by pitcher Blanton...and the Phillies got a warning and so did the Yankees...what? LOL! They were going to eject ARod if he got hit again????sure it was something else the anchors managed to leave out...all they kept chanting was, 'people can't believe that was intentional!'....well...sorry but I absolutely did!

ARod on a base hit...got to third base...cuz Elvis had left the bldg. it would seem...nobody was anywhere near third and he literally walked there w/out even the second baseman chasing him...



Too much tension me thinks!

Well, series is now 3-2 Yankees and headed back to NY.

At least, they didn't win it all in our house......:::sigh of relief:::

Huh?
The Phillies played good enough to win last nite, and have won 2 of the World Series games.
The Yankees have won 3 games.

Both teams are good enough to be in the WS, and Philly took it all last year, if you remember.

Maybe we will come up short this year, but we made it all the way back to the WS again, and that is not an easy thing to do...

And, something to be very proud of.
And, we are.
