I just finished this book. I was thrilled to see it at the library and thought it would be a sweet memoir of a wonderful time as one of the stars of Little House on The Prairie. LOL, I'm so naive. I grew up with the series and any bad publicity that occurred afterwards, I didn't pay any attention to. So, a lot of the things in the book surprised me and I was also surprised to find that Melissa Gilbert is somewhat of another "hollyweird". (IMO). But it was a good read nevertheless.
What do you mean by Melissa being "hollyweird?" Just curious.
I love Little House and intend to buy the entire box set soon (It's kind of expensive).
I may check this book out if it's in the library. There seems to be quite a few out right now that I want to read. It's stretching my time and wallet. LOL.

Melissa was always one of my faves over the years. She even makes cheesy Lifetime movies seem legit, IMO. Think I'll go to the library and get my copy there...hopefully not too many of my childhood memories will be dashed when I find out what really happened!
