I hope that something....anything....happens soon so Haleigh can come home. I pray that she is alive, but I pretty much know in the back of my mind, that she isn't. But she needs to be home either way.

I am puzzled at Ron and Misty's talk and news shows appearances. In my mind, everyone knows about the story already who could have any input, so going on Maury Povich (who has stooped pretty low on his shows) Is an unsatisfactory thing to do. It goes to keeping your face in the spotlight, not Haleigh's. And I can't imagine what Misty has to say other than "I don't know" and "they need to move on and leave me alone". I'm sure, just like the Anthonys, they are getting paid and that really bothers me. Everyone has left town and no one is looking for Haleigh anymore. So sad about these families and how they become media hounds instead of looking for their missing loved one. MOO

Also, this Donna Brock shes with, worked with TES on searches? I would not want her out there searching for anyone else with the games she played in that car, scaring someone so badly. Wouldnt the poly show signs of stress but hers goes to the point of deception? I wish I knew how those things worked specifically. I thought she was offered to be hypnotized but they said she fought it. There is so much its hard to keep everything straight.

It was always my impression that "test" questions were given to gauge the "stress level".

She failed 2 questions 99 percent, one question 95 percent, and one question 42 percent.

Did her stress come and go?

This morning she admitted she failed the test, but said the polygrapher told her that it was because she "felt" guilty because she was in charge of Haleigh.

Yesterday, in the airport, when asked about failing the LDT she admitted that whole weekend was a lie.


The truth and Misty, they have never crossed paths, IMO.

That may be true, but she seems to be able not to incriminate herself. One would think that after a while she would slip and say the wrong thing. I don't know how she can keep it all straight enough not to give away something. JMO

I am really having a hard time with the TES-Donna Brock connection.
It feels uncomfortable.

So am I. First of all, I can't imagine why she has thrown in with Misty supposedly and is still on the TES team as some sort of leader and is friends with Tim. I also wonder what Tim thinks of the road rage incident and one of his "team" being involved. If Tim doesn't publicly distance himself from her, I will really be upset.

Some have said that they didn't know how she has kept from spilling her guts this long. We have to remember that Misty was a street kid. She learned at an early age, to cover herself and to give people whatever they wanted to see in her. And she lied undoubtedly, and learned to get what she wants. It's sad she had to grow up that way, but it probably formed the person she is today which is from all reports is someone who will do drugs and sleep with others while she is in a relationship. Not good, but it's her way. LE has her number however and I'm sure they will keep after it and not let it drop.

To accuse Crystal is a page from the Casey Anthony book of deception in my mind. JMHO

He said on NG that it was too much pressure with all of the media all the time and they couldn't have a normal life. NG told him she didn't believe him and felt that he was holding back. I think they have alot of control, so much so that they can specify what can be discussed or not. It's then up to the show to decide if they want to have an interview. misty does'nt have anything to bring to the table and she only has to be steadfast w/ her 'I was asleep" line. And all of that wasted money and time to fly her in and put her up in a hotel. All these interviews can be done via satellte but what fun would that be??

I'm so confused by ron's actions and words that I really wish I could have a face to face talk w/ him. Just to see for myself that he is really grieving and concerned. I pray he has been forthcoming w/ LE. IMO it's all for show. To make it look like she's so upset she can't even get herself together for national tv. We just happened to see what she looked like at the airport cause she had the press after her after the road rage thing.

You just made me think that Tim revealing confidential information regarding how Ron really feels about Misty and the message on his phone from TN MAY have all been with LE's approval if in fact his is working with them. This may have been done to disrupt the status quo.

I will try. TM says Misty clearly knows what happened to Haleigh AND where she is.

He goes on to say that when TES was doing the original search for Haleigh that a young girl came up to speak to him when he was with Lisa at a local bar that Sunday night after searching all day.

The girl told TM that Misty was not home that night, but was at a party snorting oxycontin, smoking pot and Misty, another gf and a guy had a threesome. She said she knew this because she went there to buy drugs and that she herself was on probation and could get into a lot of trouble. TM had the girl drive him by the spot where the party was allegedly held.

Six weeks later he asked both Ron and Misty about this party. They both told TM that it was true about the party. TM contacted LE that night and LE spoke to the girl. Then TM says they (LE) said they were not sure it was the same night, but may have been the night before.

When Tim told TN about these claims TN said "we all know about that threesome and stuff"

He goes on to say this is the kind of life these people are living, dragging this 5 yr old child along or leaving her all alone with the thugs and drug addicts that they hang out with. He is worried about Jr. Says this is a total disgrace to American society that 2 people can do this to 2 small children. He says "all the money, all the resources, everything that is being spent on them, 2 of the most irresponsible, immature people I have ever met."

He is the one doing interviews. He interviewed the girl in the bar. He interviewed Misty (first he was a "grandfather figure"). He spent time with TN, RC et al. He hasn't found HaLeigh. Meanwhile, one of his TE associates is driving Misty around in a road rage.

Last I checked TE was a search/rescue/recovery group. Are their services expanding?

You may feel that way but others don't. Some, myself included, think the back child support could have played a role in Haleigh's disappearance. I didn't "use it to pick a side or fight with anyone". I see it as a legitimate motive and the door being propped open leads me to believe Haleigh wasn't the only onewho was supposedto disappear that night and reinforces the theory that the child support was motive.

We still don't know where crystal's step-brother/3rd baby's daddy was the night HaLeigh disappeared but there has been much talk that he was NOT at home.
That along with that side of the family NOT showing up for MANY HOURS for a drive crystal states in the court documents as 1:20 minute drive.

Some don't think Child support could be a reason but a google search would prove that VERY WRONG.
In fact right when this case broke a 'father' who had made good money killed his young Son over $4,000. in back Child support (I have linked that many times).
And crystal was over $12.000. behind.
IIRC crystal, in all those years, had paid only $48.00. :sad:

If chad was/is really going to marry crystal that could be a BIG PROBLEM.

I don't know about Florida but I do know that in some states the Child support can and is based on both married couples income even if one had nothing to do with bringing the Child into the world.

Now I am NOT saying they did do this, I am saying it has happened in MANY other cases.

IMO misty is NOT telling the truth about many things, yet I still want to know where chad was as much as I want misty to tell the truth.

In one of his interviews, he tells us that after a search, he buys a case of beer and drinks it. I don't fault him for that. He is human like us. But this will shed some light on his choices in the past few years, in my opinion.

I don't really care what danger Tim Miller puts himself into. I care about the danger HaLeigh is in. He can drink himself into obvilion along with Misty's reality and his investigative prowess.

TM got a lawyer to fight him being inserted into the Caylee Anthony case. Here he is, inserting himself as possibily a key witness in the HaLeigh Cummings disappearance. And I don't think he is going to be helpful towards any possible prosecution. Or to HaLeigh. It is very sad.

I have acknowledged his good work. Why is he stuck on a 17yo liar and her irresponsible family ties? How do we know he is not? When he first released Ron's confidential conversations and TN's phone message, I was shocked. The bed was made. No one was sleeping in the big bed. Where was JR sleeping? Was Haleigh alone in that room, in that trailer? Was that why she was taken? Where was Misty and JR that the bed wasnt slept in?

Maybe just maybe Misty and Jr was sleeping on top of the blanket?
