On a personal basis I would CONVICT CONVICT CONVICT, However, from a legal standpoint I feel there is too much reasonable doubt to convict Mr. Darling on the more serious charge of 2nd degree murder.

I would have no problem on the lessor charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

I agree, they were both culpable, as was third shooter, but the law is the law
