Tyler, TX - A child abduction emergency has been issued by the Texas Emergency Management Agency after a 13-year-old girl was believed to have been abducted.

It's happening in Tyler, Texas. That's about 260 miles south of Tulsa and 90 miles east-southeast of Dallas-Fort Worth.

The Tyler Police Department is searching for 13-year-old Ericka Faith White. She is a white female about 5'2" and 105 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. She answers to 'Star' and 'Stargazer' and was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket with blue jeans.

Police believe her abductor is 18-year-old Blake Austin Miller, who also goes by "Joker". He is a white male, about 5'6" and 140 pounds. He has brown hair, green eyes and has bad acne. He has mental issues and is known to carry knives.

Law enforcement officials believe the girl is in grave or immediate danger and are asking anyone with information to call the Tyler Police Department at 903-531-1000.

Around 3:00 p.m., witnesses reported seeing the two at a rest area along Highway 69/75 in Colbert.

OHP troopers say all troopers in the state were notified and set up roadblocks along several major highways.

"Within a matter of probably five minutes we had every department in this area along the 69 corridor was notified and watching for the vehicle, if they did get off the highway, they must have gotten off fairly quickly or maybe stopped somewhere," said Trooper Robbie Keeling.

White is being returned to her family in Tyler, Miller has been arrested on kidnapping charges.
