New Show about Sleuthing "The Forgotten"

It seems interesting so far, it's a crime drama starring Christian Slater about a group of independent investigators that go after cases the police have given up on. They basically find out who John and Jane Doe are and what happened to them; kind of like what people on here and websleuths do, lol!

I liked the show and the storyline with the exception of Walter, the phone company guy. I do not think his character works well with the others. He stuck out like a sore thumb almost like he was an afterthought to the plot.
